Abstract

Es wird eine Verfahren zum Nachweis von Analyten in einer Messprobe vorgeschlagen, bei dem auf einem scheibenförmigen Substrat (3) auf einer seiner Flachseiten analytspezifische Binder (15) in einer Vielzahl von Nachweisfeldern (5, 7) immobilisiert werden, sodann die Messprobe in Kontakt mit den Nachweisfeldern (5, 7) gebracht wird und anschließend das Vorhandensein oder/und die Menge der nachzuweisenden Analyten (17) durch optische Auswertung der Nachweisfelder (5, 7) ermittelt wird. Erfindungsgemäss wird ein aus einem optisch transparenten Material gefertigtes Substrat (3) verwendet, wobei die Nachweisfelder (5, 7) längs mindestens einer Spirallinie (27) verteilt auf dem Substrat (3) angeordnet werden. Nach Inkontaktbringung der Messprobe mit den Nachweisfeldern (5, 7) wird das Substrat (3) auf seiner die Nachweisfelder (5, 7) tragenden Flachseite flächig mit einer Reflexionsschicht (21) versehen. Alternativ ist statt der optischen Auslesung auch eine magnetische Auslesung des Substrats denkbar.
