La présente invention est relative à un procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble mécanique comprenant au moins deux pièces mécaniques assemblées par une pièce mécanique de liaison réalisée en un matériau moulable. La présente invention est aussi relative à un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. On a représenté à la figure 1 du dessin annexé un ensemble mécanique comprenant des première et deuxième pièces mécaniques rigides 1,2, respectivement, assemblées par une pièce de liaison 3. La pièce 1 prend la forme d'une bague annulaire disposée à l'intérieur d'un trou 4 percé dans la pièce 2. La pièce de liaison 3 prend aussi la forme d'une bague enveloppant la périphérie de la bague 1 en comblant le trou 4 et en débordant sur les deux faces de la pièce 2, sensiblement planes, de manière à s'accrocher sur celle-ci.
