Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de réduction de type à lit fluidisé destiné à la réduction de minerai fin à large dimension des particules, l'appareil comprenant un premier (210) four de type à lit fluidisé destiné à une première réduction de minerais de fer grossiers/intermédiaires uniquement et un deuxième (220) four de type à lit fluidisé destiné à la réduction des minerais de fer du premier (210) four de type à lit fluidisé. Un premier cyclone (240) capture les particules fines de minerai de fer provenant du gaz d'évacuation du premier (210) four de type à lit fluidisé et un deuxième cyclone (250) capture celles provenant du gaz d'évacuation du deuxième (220) four de type à lit fluidisé. Dans un troisième (230) four de type à lit fluidisé, les particules fines de minerai de fer capturées par les premier et deuxième cyclones (240, 250) sont réduites. Un troisième cyclone (260) capture les particules de minerai de fer très fines évacuées du troisième (230) four de type à lit fluidisé pour les recycler dans le troisième (230) four de type à lit fluidisé.
