Abstract

Cet appareil et ce procédé servant à la télécommunication et/ou à la communication de données utilisent un support de transmission pour la transmission et la réception de signaux combinés, lesquels sont constitués par au moins un premier et un second sous-signal en fonction d'au moins deux protocoles de communication différents. Cet appareil comprend: un multiplexeur/démultiplexeur (5); un premier bus (9) servant à transporter les signaux en fonction du premier protocole de communication du multiplexeur/démultiplexeur jusqu'à au moins une unité de service (11, 13) et vice versa; un second bus (19) servant à transporter les signaux en fonction du second protocole de communication du multiplexeur/démultiplexeur (5) jusqu'à au moins une unité de service (15, 17) et vice versa; ces unités de service (11, 13, 15, 17) constituant des interfaces entre l'appareil et des unités d'équipement externes (21, 23).
