Abstract

The device facilitating access to the liquid in a container consists in removing blockade (2) of tube (1) installed inside container (4), intended for application in containers, especially those holding beverages. Material (11) is sealed around the opening (3) and turned towards the beginning of the material (10). The other end of the material (11) is attached to the lever (13). The tube (1) is pushed out of container (4) with compressed spring (6) or stretched spring (5). The speed of the tube/sipper pushed out of the container (4) is reduced by the plate (7) fastened to a moving element.

Description

The device facilitating access to the liquid held in a sealed container
The invention pertains to the device facilitating access to the liquid held in containers, in particular sealed ones, holding juice, water and beverages.
There are devices and methods facilitating access to the liquid held in a sealed containers, especially holding juices and beverages, such as removing the lid, undoing the screw cap, removing the metal cap or cutting off part of the container, like, for example, in case of carton containers, or inserting a tube /sipper/ into the packing, from the outside, through a sealed opening provided in the container.
The newly invented device facilitating access to the liquid in a sealed container, makes the tube, installed inside the container, advance out after the blockade has been removed.
Thanks to the application of the invention it is possible to open the container with the same hand in which the container is being held, without unnecessary effort, immediately and without touching that part of the container from which its contents is going to be drunk, thus improving the hygiene of consumption of beverages. Moreover, spattering of the liquid from the container over the person opening it is eliminated.
The subject of invention as shown in the model in the drawing presents how particular components constituting the invention are located in the container.
The device facilitating access to the liquid held in containers holding liquids, especially beverages and juices, as shown in the drawing, consists of: an installed spring (5) or spring (6) which after blockade (2) of tube /sipper/ (1) has been removed, pushes it out of container (4) through opening (3). The blockade, as shown in the drawing consists in removing material seal (11) from opening (3) due to pressing lever (13) to which one end of material (11) is attached in point (12)
Due to application of plate (7) installed at the beginning of tube /sipper/ (1) protruding from container (4), the tube advances slowly and gently stops after reaching its final position.

Claims

PatentClaimThe characteristic features of the device facilitating access to the liquid in a sealed container are as follows:
1. After removing blockade (2), tube /sipper/ (1) installed inside container (4) advances out of container (4).
2. Blockade (2) is removed from over opening (3) as a result of pressing lever (13) which pulls material (11) which is sealing opening (3) and is fastened (9) around opening (3) and then folded (8) towards the beginning of material (10) so that its other end can be attached in point (12) to lever (13); Shifting of lever (13) causes material (11) to be removed from over opening (3).
3. Compressed spring (6) or stretched spring (5) causes tube /sipper/ (1) to be pushed out of container (4).
4. Plate (7) fastened to a moving element creates resistance while passing through the liquid in container (4), reducing the rate /speed at which tube /sipper/ (1) is being pushed out of container (4).
