Description
LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY
This utility model patent registration refers to a LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY that is composed of a set of parts making the lollipop and/or sundry candy package able to light a colored lamp fixed to the base of the lollipop or similar candy. The lighting fixture and the candy define a product disclosing esthetic and functional characteristics allowing a lollipop to become an attractive lighted toy or a toy to become an attractive delicacy.
For a better understanding of this utility model this explanation is followed by a detailed description of the LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY and attached drawings, namely:
Figure 01 shows a perspective drawing of the several parts of the LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY utility model.
Figure 02 shows frontal and lateral views of the device that turns the LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY lamp on utility model, - Figure 03 shows the perspective and cross sections that define the grip of LIGHTED LOLLIPO TOY utility model.
Figure 04 shows a drawing in perspective and cross section of the lid of the LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY utility model.
Figure 05 shows in perspective the several positions assumed by the lid when the candy becomes the toy that defines the LIGHTED LOLLIPOP
TOY utility model.
Figure 06 shows in perspective the two stages of presentation of the LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY utility model.
In accordance with figures 01 the 06, this LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY present Patent utility model is of the type made of both transparent and milky plastic material, and its technical, functional and ornamental configuration is composed by four basic parts (1), (2), (3) and (4). Said basic parts have the following characteristics: The triggering device (1), the grip (2), the candy (3), and the lid (4). As shown in Figure 02, the triggering device (1) has a gondola- like configuration. Inside the hollow part of this device (1) there is a circular
chamber (1.1) for the batteries. The upper base (1.2) of the device (1) forms a semi hub cap with a stop catch (1.3) that serves as a support for the lamp (1.4). The chamber (1.1) is cylindrical and contains grooves (1.1. a) for the wires that allow contact between the lamp (1.4) and the batteries located inside the chamber (1.1). At the chamber (1.1) bottom there is a crosswise support (l.l.b) for the batteries. The bottom base (1.5) of the device (1) has pressure grooves (1.6) to connect it to the grip (2) of this patent. The grip as shown in figure 03 is characterized by a U-shaped groove (2.1) in its central area and determines the triggering key (2.2) of the device (1). The bottom base (2.3) of the grip has pressure insets (1.6) connecting it to the device (1). In the internal part of the grip there are two grooves (2.5) that serve as a guide to the device(l) The upper base (2.4) also has pressure insets (1.6) to connect it to the lid (3) of the LIGHTED LOLLIPOP TOY utility model. At the center of the upper base (2.4) there is a protuberance (2.6) with an opening in the internal part of the grip that serves to hold the lamp (1.4) of the device (1). The lid (4) shown in figure 04, has pressure insets(1.6) in its bottom base (4.1) allowing its secure connection to the grip.(3) thus assuring that the lollipop or other candy (3) is preserved.. At the upper base of the lid (4) there is a dent (4.2) with a hole (4.3) that fits the protuberance (2.6) of the grip, after the total consumption of the candy(3). The are pressure insets (1.6) at the upper base (2.4) as well. This lighted lollipop toy's fundamental feature is a colored light that illuminates the candy that is placed at the transparent lid (3) that may be made in several shapes and configurations. The utility model object of this report has the configuration of a flashlight. This specific patent is utility model directed to the candy, gifts, souvenirs, tokens and toys packages market.
