Abstract
The invention relates to a method for establishing a communications link in a public communications network. If a subscriber of a public communications network dials a preselected number of a first provider as a preselected number to a target number of a desired subscriber, a data processing system of the first provider detects a second provider which is the most cost-effective for establishing the desired link. Subsequently, a link to the desired subscriber is established via a communications network of the second provider.

Claims
1. Verfahren zum Aufbau einer Kommunikationsverbindung in einem öffentlichen Kommunikationsnetz mit folgenden Schritten: a) ein Teilnehmer wählt in einem öffentlichen Kommunikationsnetz eine Vorwahlnummer eines ersten Dienstanbieters als Vorwahl zu der Zielrufnummer eines von ihm gewünschten Teilnehmers; b) ein Datenverarbeitungssystem des ersten Dienstanbieters ermittelt den zur Herstellung der gewünschten Verbindung im1.
