Abstract

The invention relates to a data connection system consisting of several mounting locations for data network modules, another mounting location for a network management module, and a system bus with several lines and line pairs, whereby one of the data network assemblies is designed as a master data network module and a program for transmitting management data between the master data network module and the remaining data network modules via at least one of said lines is stored in the memory thereof. This enables a connection to the data network management system to be made without any integration of the network management module.
