Abstract

Cores (6) rivetted opening sections (2) and handles (1) of cans for potables are located near the outer edge of the cutting sections and on the inner surface of said opening sections the annular tops of the conical mouths (3), folded into two leaves, of resilient silicon rubber are adhered with dots using harmless silicon adhesive and the lower flanges of the conical mouths are adhered on inner surface of the top sections of the can, so that the opening section (2) and the mouths (3) adhered by the dots adhesive layer (9) are separated the moment the conical mouths (3) are jumped out by elasticity when said opening sections (2) are opened by pulling up them. Thus potables can be drunk hygienically.

Description

CANS FOR POTABLES HAVING HYGIENIC MOUTHS
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to cans for potables having the hygienic mouths within their opening sections.
BACKGROUND ART
Generally, cans for potables such as potable water, alcoholic drink, etc. have handles rivetted together with opening sections of the cans by cores at suitable points of the uppper surface thereof.
Such cans are opened by pulling up or pushing down the handles, inserting a finger under the ring thereof.
However such cans have the following faults;
Since the opening sections of the cans have flat surface and are exposed in air, the surface may be contacted with dust, bacteria, germs and the like in the course of carrying and keeping them. Therefore when their opening sections are opened to drink the potables, various dust, bacteria and etc. may be penetrated into drink in the cans and also said contaminants deposited on the upper surface of the cans or on the opening sections thereof may be contacted with the lips unhygienically. DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
The present invention is to provide cans for potables capable of drinking potables hygienically by conical mouths having within the can without contact directly with the opening sections, the upper surface or the handles of the cans that the contaminats are deposited, in which annular tops of said conical mouths are adhered with dots by harmless silicon adhesive on the inner surface of said opening sections, the lower annular flanges thereof are adhered on the inner surface near the cutting line 7 of top sections of the cans and bodies thereof are folded into two leaves, so that if the opening sections are opened by the handle the opening sections and the mouths adhered with dots by the silicon adhesive are separeted respectively, the moment the mouths folded into two leaves are jumped out by elasticity, thereby the potables are drunk hygienically without contact with the contaminants deposited on the opening sections, the upper surface or the handle of the cans.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig. 1 represents a plane view of the can in accordance with the present invention.
Fig. 2 represents a cross sectional view along with A- A line of Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 represents a cross sectional view of the status unfolded the mouths of the can in accordance with the present invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Now referring to the accompanying drawings the present invention will be described in detail below;
In cans for potables rivetted handles 1 for opening the can and the opening sections 2 having th cutting lines 7 by cores 6, said cores 6 are located near the outer edge of said opening sections 2, on the inner surface of said opening sections 2 the annular tops of the conical mouths made from hygienic silicon rubber and folded into the two leaves are adhered with dots by harmeless silicon adhesive layer 9 to fix, then the lower annular flanges 4 thereof are adhered on the inner surface near the cutting lines 7 of the top sections of the cans, in which on suitable point of the lower annular flanges 4 of said mouths the through holes 10 are formed to pass air when the opening sections 2 are opened by pulling up them.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
To drink the potables in the cans for potables having the hygienic mouths 3 of the present invention as described above, if the opening sections 2 are opened by using the handles along with the cutting lines, since the conical mouths that the annular tops thereof are adhered with dots by the adhesive layer 9 on the inner surface of the opening sections 2 and the bodies thereof are folded into two leaves, are jumped out, unfolding by elasticity and are opened, the moment the through holes 10 also are opened, then the users can drink the potables within the cans hygienically without contact with the contaminants such as the dust, bacetria and germs deposited on the opening sections 2 or the handles 1.

Claims

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS;
In cans for potables revetted handles 1 for opening the can and the opening sections 2 having the cutting lines 7 by cores 6, cans for potables having hygienic mouths characterized by that said cores 6 are located near the outer edge of said opening sections 2, on the inner surface of said opening sections 2 the annular tops of the conical mouths made from hygienic slicon rubber and folded into the two leaves are adhered with dots by harmless silicon adhesive layer 9 to fix, then the lower annular flanges 4 thereof are adhered on the inner surface near the cutting lines 7 of the top sections of the cans, in which on suitable point of the lower annular flanges 4 of said mouths the through holes 10 are formed to pass air when the opening sections 2 are opened by pulling up them.
