Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung umfassend mindestens einen thrombozytären Wachstumsfaktor, Fibrin und/oder eine Vorstufe davon, vorzugsweise Fibrinogen, und mindestens ein weiteres Polymer und/oder eine Vorstufe davon. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der thrombozytäre Wachstumsfaktor reversibel an Fibrin und/oder Fibrinogen und das weitere Polymer und/oder die Vorstufe davon gebunden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner die Zusammensetzung, in der das Fibrin und/oder Fibrinogen und das Polymer und/oder die Vorstufe davon eine Matrix ausbilden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner die Verwendung der Zusammensetzung zur Behandlung von Schäden in Geweben, die durch geringe Durchblutung und/oder verminderte Regenerationsfähigkeit charakterisiert sind, sowie von Schäden in Haut und/oder Weichgeweben. Insbesondere gehören zu diesen Geweben elastischer bzw. hyaliner Faser-Knorpel und Fasziengewebe.
