Abstract

Cette invention concerne un système et un procédé qui permettent de gérer l'accès de plusieurs utilisateurs en fin de ligne à un document. Ce système et ce procédé consistent à enregistrer le document dans la mémoire d'un serveur. Un procédé, qui comprend plusieurs étapes, consiste tout d'abord à transmettre un premier exemplaire de ce document à l'ordinateur d'un premier utilisateur, puis à transmettre un second exemplaire de ce document à l'ordinateur d'un second utilisateur. On reçoit ensuite un premier exemplaire modifié du document provenant de l'ordinateur du premier utilisateur, et l'on enregistre ce premier exemplaire modifié du document dans la mémoire sous un premier nom de document. On reçoit également un second exemplaire modifié du document provenant de l'ordinateur du second utilisateur, et l'on enregistre ce second exemplaire modifié du document dans la mémoire sous un second nom de document. Au cours d'une dernière étape, on enregistre dans la mémoire les données permettant d'identifier le premier exemplaire modifié du document, ainsi que les données permettant d'identifier le second exemplaire modifié du document.
