Abstract

L'invention concerne un lave-linge à usage domestique, qui comprend une carrosserie externe (10) comportant un tableau de commande frontal (30) et une porte (50) de chargement et de déchargement du linge, située en dessous dudit tableau et se présentant de préférence sous forme de hublot circulaire. L'ensemble de lavage suspendu (70) de la machine comprend une cuve (71) et un tambour (72) tournant autour d'un axe (X) incliné par rapport à l'horizontale. De préférence, la machine comporte, pour faire circuler l'eau de lavage et de rinçage, un système connu. Un joint statique (75) du type à soufflet permet de relier les uns aux autres les ouvertures associées de la partie avant de la carrosserie (10), la cuve (71) et le tambour (72). Le diamètre (R0) de l'ouverture du tambour (72) devant les soufflets (75) est égal au moins aux deux tiers du diamètre (RB) de l'enveloppe, c'est-à-dire du manteau cylindrique latéral dudit tambour (72), de préférence (R0) ≃ 0,70(RB).
