Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de conseiller les personnes en alimentation et un support associé. Cet appareil comprend un organe d'entrée, un dispositif de traitement, un dispositif de stockage et un organe de sortie. Le dispositif de traitement comprend une partie de traitement de données qui permet de traiter des données personnelles et de produire une valeur de référence pour l'alimentation. La partie d'enregistrement alimentaire permet de traiter les données de l'enregistrement de manière que la quantité nutritive pour chaque composant ingéré puisse être établie. La partie de conseil en alimentation permet de comparer la quantité de chaque composant alimentaire ingéré par une personne pendant une période donnée avec la valeur de référence nutritive afin d'obtenir un résultat de la comparaison, par exemple, de donner des conseils en alimentation. Un organe de sortie permet d'assurer un conseil en alimentation. On peut calculer la valeur nutritive des aliments ingérés selon chaque personne afin d'orienter et de conseiller des personnes sur le mode d'alimentation adéquat.
