Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un dessus de cuisinière remplaçable, qui est conçu pour être utilisé avec le chauffage par induction d'ustensiles de cuisson et que l'on obtient en séparant les structures à serpentins de la surface supérieure de la cuisinière. Cette surface supérieure est constituée par une plaque d'un matériau isolant, par exemple du bois, du marbre ou du plastique, pourvue de cavités sur sa face inférieure qui correspondent exactement aux structures à serpentins faisant saillie depuis la structure mécanique de la cuisinière située en dessous. Ce dessus de cuisinière est parfaitement plat et peut servir de table de travail d'usage général en cuisine.
