Nouveaux vecteurs viraux codant des protéines lourdes de neurofilaments et procédés d'utilisation desdits vecteurs en thérapie génique pour apporter des protéines lourdes de neurofilaments à des sujets atteints de maladies neurodégénératives, de lésions neuronales et de dégénérescence neuronale due au vieillissement.
