Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de gestion (10) d'ordinateurs, qui permet de faire tourner un ordinateur et des programmes d'application (20) sur la base de projets. Le système (10) stocke les informations concernant les différents projets dans la mémoire de l'ordinateur et comporte un dispositif de sélection de projets, qui permet de sélectionner un projet désiré, et un dispositif de liaison (12), qui permet de relier des informations et des tâches en rapport avec chaque projet. Le dispositif de liaison (12) comporte un chemin de fichiers comprenant des catégories de tâches et des classes d'information pour chaque catégorie de tâche, de façon que les documents correspondant à chaque classe soient automatiquement sauvegardés dans un chemin prédéfini. Les classes d'informations sont conçues pour contenir des identifications de documents. Le dispositif de sélection est utilisé pour sélectionner un projet et, dans une classe d'informations, un document désiré. Le système (10) peut créer un nouveau projet (20) avec des liens récemment définis et sauvegarder un projet ou un modèle existant sur un gabarit (16) de projet. N'importe quel projet peut devenir un gabarit (26) de projet. Le dispositif de liaison peut également comporter une base de données (14), contenant des détails sur les contacts et les clients, dans laquelle on peut rechercher des détails qui sont ensuite insérés automatiquement à des emplacements marqués par des signets dans un document en train d'être créé. Le programme d'application correspondant à un document sélectionné est lancé automatiquement après sélection dudit document.
