Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine des machines-outils et peut être utilisée comme un convertisseur qui permet de transformer un mouvement de va-et-vient en un mouvement rotatif, et inversement, dans des moteurs à combustion interne, dans des compresseurs, dans des moteurs pneumatiques et hydrauliques, dans des pompes, etc. Le mouvement de va-et-vient des pistons (4) dans le corps (1) entraîne le déplacement de paliers coulissants (3) se déplaçant le long de guides (2) fixés dans le corps (1), ainsi que celui des axes de manivelle (5) des vilebrequins (6). On assiste ainsi à la rotation des vilebrequins (6) autour de leurs axes respectifs et à la rotation orbitale et simultanée de leurs axes dans la direction opposée autour de l'axe du mécanisme. La synchronisation de la rotation des vilebrequins (6) ainsi que la transmission des moments rotatifs entre les vilebrequins (6) et vers l'arbre de sortie (7) se font à l'aide de couplages articulés (8). Dans ces derniers, la rotation est transmise par l'intermédiaire de tiges (11) depuis les doigts (10) de l'un des disques (9) aux doigts (10) de l'autre disque, ce qui entraîne la rotation de l'arbre de sortie (7).
