Abstract

Archivador encuadernador perfeccionado, del tipo preferentemente utilizado para contener dossieres, folletos, bloques de hojas y similares, constituido por dos tapas o cubiertas (1) provistas de prolongaciones (2) adheridas a dichas tapas o cubiertas (1) y de un lomo intermedio (3) al que va adherida una lámina (4) a la cual se fija un cuerpo formado por un canutillo o una espiral, posibilitando de esta manera que documentos que antes debían permanecer necesariamente en posición horizontal, debido a su falta de consistencia y rigidez o a su inestabilidad, ahora puedan posicionarse verticalmente sobre mesas, estanterías, librerías, y soportes similares.

Título: ARCHIVADOR ENCUADERNADOR PERFECCIONADO
DESCRIPCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un archivador encuadernador perfeccionado, del tipo preferentemente utilizado para contener dossieres, folletos, bloques de hojas y similares, mediante el cual se posibilita el que documentos que antes debían permanecer necesariamente en posición horizontal, debido a su falta de consistencia y rigidez o a su inestabilidad, ahora puedan posicionarse verticalmente sobre mesas, estanterías, librerías. y soportes similares.
Básicamente, la novedad de la presente invención consiste en el hecho de contar con unas tapas o cubiertas rígidas unidas por un lomo, estando dicho lomo provisto en su cara interna de una lámina adhesiva sobre la que se fijará el canto de, por ejemplo, un documento formado por un bloque o conjunto de varias hojas unidas por un canutillo, una espiral o elemento similar conformado especialmente de manera que presente una superficie de contacto que facilite su unión al lomo en toda su superficie.
Este nuevo tipo de archivador encuadernador podrá llevar adherido sobre sus tapas o cubiertas cualquier tipo de ilustración ya sea publicitaria o no, desde la muy general en la que sus tapas o cubiertas están recubiertas de múltiples anuncios hasta la personalizada en la que sólo se recoge la ilustración o publicidad de una sola empresa para ser utilizada como obsequio o regalo de empresa, e incluso las tapas o cubiertas podrán no llevar ninguna ilustración.
Para una mejor comprensión del objeto de la presente invención, se adjuntan a la presente memoria descriptiva unos planos en los que, a título de ejemplo se muestran los siguientes: la Fig. 1 en la que se muestra una perspectiva del archivador básico; la Fig. 2 en la que se muestra el archivador configurado en la parte correspondiente a sus tapas o cubiertas; la Fig. 3 que muestra un bloque de documentos a archivar unidos por un canutillo; la Fig. 4 en la que se ilustra el mencionado canutillo mostrando su especial y novedosa configuración; la Fig. 5 donde se muestra el archivador encuadernador ya formado, con el canutillo, en posición abierta; la Fig. 6 donde se muestra el archivador encuadernador ya formado, con el canutillo, en posición cenada. la Fig. 7 donde se muestra el archivador encuadernador ya formado,. con la espiral provista de dos lengüetas, en posición abierta; y la Fig. 8 que muestra la espiral con sus lengüetas y su especial configuración.
En estas figuras aparecen referenciadas las siguientes partes principales:
El archivador básico constituido por unas tapas o cubiertas rígidas (1) unidas por un lomo central (3), estando dichas tapas o cubiertas (1) prolongadas en unas contratapas (2) que quedarán en el interior de dichas tapas o cubiertas (1) y adheridas a las mismas, dejando Ubre la zona del lomo (3), la cual será ocupada por una lámina longitudinal (4) adherida a dicho lomo (3) y cuyos bordes longitudinales üán escondidos y alojados entre los bordes de la tapa (1) y la contra tapa (2).
Dicha lámina (4) en su cara vista tendrá toda su superficie de naturaleza adhesiva.
Complementariamente, las tapas o cubiertas citadas llevarán encuadernado un cueipo que puede estar constituido, por ejemplo, por un dossier o bloque de hojas unidas
(5) mediante un canutillo (6), espiral (7) o similar, de forma que dicho dossier o bloque de hojas quede adherido mediante dicho canutillo (6) o espiral (7) a la lámina adhesiva.
En una primera realización de la presente invención, las tapas o cubiertas citadas llevan encuadernado un cueipo (5) formado por un dossier o bloque de hojas unidas mediante un canutillo (6) que tiene una superficie lisa de contacto (8) la cual encarará perfectamente sobre la cara interna del lomo (3) del archivador al que quedará adherido; pudiendo adoptar el mencionado canutillo (6) cualquier forma, desde la convencional circular hasta cualquier otro perfil geométrico, y cualquier tamaño.
En una segunda realización de la presente invención, las tapas o cubiertas llevan encuadernado un cueipo (5) formado por un dossier o bloque de hojas unidas mediante una espiral (7) provista de dos lengüetas (9) troqueladas a la vez o antes que las hojas a encuadernar y encanutadas de igual forma, las cuales se cortan según el grosor del material encuadernado y zona engomada para su conecta fijación a la zona de adherencia.
En cuanto a las tapas o cubiertas (1), estas podrán servir de soporte por su parte exterior de ilustraciones publicitarias o personales.
Una vez descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invención, se hace constar expresamente que cualquier modificación de detalle que se pueda introducir en la misma quedará incluida dentro de esta protección en tanto que no se altere o modifique esencialmente sus características según las reivindicaciones indicadas a continuación.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Archivador encuadernador perfeccionado, del tipo que puede ser utilizado para contener dossieres, folletos, bloques de hojas y similares, y portar cualquier tipo de ilustración, publicitaria o no, constituido por unas tapas o cubiertas rígidas (1) provistas de unas prolongaciones (2) adheridas a dichas tapas o cubiertas (1) y unidas entre sí por un lomo (3) longitudinal central caracterizado porque dicho lomo (3) longitudinal lleva fijada a su cara interna una lámina (4) provista en su cara interna de una superficie adhesiva, estando esta lámina (4) preparada para recibir, mediante un adhesivo, un cuerpo (5) el cual encarará perfectamente sobre la cara interna del lomo (3) del archivador al que quedará adherido, consiguiéndose que dicho archivador encuadernador pueda posicionarse verticalmente sobre cualquier tipo de soporte plano.

Archivador encuadernador perfeccionado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho cueιpo(5) va montado sobre un canutillo (6) provisto de una superficie Usa de contacto (8) la cual se acopla integralmente sobre la cara interna de dicho lomo (3) del archivador al que quedará adherido, pudiendo dicho canutillo (6) adoptar cualquier forma, desde la circular convencional hasta cualquier otro perfil geométrico, y cualquier tamaño.
3. Archivador encuadernador perfeccionado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho cueipo (5) va montado sobre una espiral (7) provista de dos lengüetas (9) troqueladas a la vez o antes que las hojas a encuadernar y encanutadas de igual forma, las cuales se cortan según el grosor del material encuadernado y zona engomada para su conecta fijación a la zona de adherencia.
