Abstract

L'invention concerne un amplificateur comprenant: une borne d'entrée (1) destinée à recevoir un signal d'entrée; une borne de sortie (2) conçue pour produire un signal de sortie; une première (3) et une seconde (4) bornes d'alimentation permettant de recevoir une tension d'alimentation; un transistor de sortie avec une première électrode principale couplée à la première borne d'alimentation (3), une seconde électrode principale couplée à la borne de sortie (2), et une électrode de commande; et un circuit de commande (CT), qui constitue avec le transistor de sortie (T0) un miroir de courant de commutation. Grâce à ce miroir de courant de commutation, le courant de sortie fourni par ledit transistor de sortie (T0) à une charge (ZL) peut être déterminé avec précision, lorsque le signal de sortie se trouve dans la zone de transition et passe d'un niveau logiquement 'bas' à un niveau logiquement 'haut', ou vice versa. Si ledit signal de sortie est en régime statique, le courant de sortie fourni par le transistor de sortie (T0) peut être nettement supérieur.
