  • an apparatus for inserting a resin cartridge in a hole including: a drive unit; a plunger for driving the cartridge in a first direction; and a flexible linkage coupled to the plunger assembly, the linkage having a first portion, coupled to the plunger assembly, extending along a first path substantially parallel to the first direction, and a second portion adapted to extend laterally of the first portion, along a second path, wherein the drive unit is arranged to force the linkage in a direction from the second path to the first path to thereby drive the plunger assembly in the first direction.
  • the apparatus includes a guide assembly for guiding the plunger in the first direction, and for housing the cartridge prior to insertion in the hole.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de fixer un boulon d'ancrage dans un orifice. Le dispositif comprend un mécanisme d'entraînement, un plongeur destiné à acheminer la cartouche dans l'orifice, et une liaison flexible couplée à l'ensemble plongeur. La liaison comprend une première partie couplée à l'ensemble plongeur, se prolongeant le long d'un premier chemin sensiblement parallèle à la première direction. La liaison comprend en outre une seconde partie apte à se prolonger latéralement par rapport à la première partie le long d'un second chemin. Le mécanisme d'entraînement est disposé de manière à forcer la liaison dans une direction partant du second chemin vers le premier chemin pour entraîner de ce fait l'ensemble plongeur dans la première direction. On fixe le boulon d'ancrage dans un orifice en perforant cet orifice, en insérant une cartouche de résine au moyen du dispositif précité, en insérant un boulon dans l'orifice pour rompre la cartouche de résine et en laissant que la résine se durcisse pour fixer le boulon dans l'orifice.
