Abstract

Energy Saving Electric Burner Element for small, regular or commercial size electric cooking stoves. Two sizes of coils, one small center part coil and the main coil part of the element which is spiralled around small center coil connected separately (1, 2) in opposite directions in a single size of burner element space, to plug in connectors that are controlled the heat levels by separate switches which are located on the control panel of the cooking stove that has power safety fuses which are connected and located at the top of the control panel reachable by opening the cover. Having two sizes of coils in a single burner element space will give the user advantage of having very small size of burner element for very small size of cooking needs, subsequently the energy burned for the small cooking will be very small.

Description

Energy Saving Stove for places with limited spaces
The technical embodiment of the invention is energy conserving burner elements in cooking (7,8), by having two controlling switches (2) on a single burner element (7,8) space, it will be possible to reduce the energy consumption to a minimum amount, where there is only a minimum amount of energy required to do the work.
Fuses for each component will be located at the top of the switch panel (3) and will be reachable by ope - ning the cover (1), there will be two switches separately (2) for each double featured element combination (7,8), one switch will be controlling small center coil part (7) which will be connected (3) as if a small separate burning element, the other switch (2) which will be controlling main coil part (8) of the burning element which will also be connected (3) as if a single separate burning element. On switch panel (4) there will be timer oven clock with bake broil and oven temperature switches as well as two switches for each burner element combinations (4). Materials to be used in manufacturing stoves, exact sizes and locations, dimensions of switch board or any other part of stove (Figure 1) will be manufactured according to specifica- tions of the manufacturer. If proposed, it would be possible to manufacture stoves in smaller sizes where there is market in national or international market places, for small homes and apartments, mobile homes or mobile commercial units like mobile dental or surgical units, mobile kitchens and food units, mobile leisure travelling units, small boats, yachts , trains , aircrafts , hotels, motels, students and senior citizens residents, small offices or stores, in any government, private or public or military institution department with limited space suitable in attaching so that by doing this it would be easy to prepare a meal (9) as well as cooking in most economic way (7,8,9). Having only two burner with double featured controls will leave ample room for preparing food when front extended feature added to the counter top top (9). Energy saving size of oven (10) with full view door (11) will be very economical in terms of burning energy to do the work when there is no need to a larger size of oven (10). Having ball wheels (13) in front with two drawers (12) for cookware storage will make the use of stove attractive in places other then kitchens and kitchenettes. The stoves build for mobile units, in order to keep the stove stable where it is located, there will be no need to install ball wheels in front of the stove (13).
Although, the drawing in Figure 1 shows timer clock on switch panel (4) and full view door for energy saving size of oven (10) with extended featured counter top (9) and ball wheels in front of the stove (13). If the manufacturer prefers, because of suitability, to manufacture some models to be marketed in certain fields that has been mentioned previously, it will be left to manufacturers design, material and size speci - fications to alter the model to their requirements, with or without the timer clock, with or without extended front feature (9) on counter top, with or without full view door (11) for energy saving size oven (10), with or without ball wheels in front of stove (13). Overall size and dimentions of stove and components will be changed to suitable sizes for each individual fields requirements as specified in their standardized limits and gidelines.
