Abstract

The stand comprises a telescopic support column (1) at the top end of which is mounted a horizontal and rotary structure comprised of a series of radial arms (3) for suspending bags intended to receive the wastes deposited therein. The column (1) is mounted on a support base which is formed by a plurality of foldable feet (2). The arms (3) can be formed of two elements which are coupled and fixed as a cross, or they can project radially from a common core and can also be foldable. The legs (2) form the support base and can be substituted by a lower pedestal; the assembly can be complemented by a kind of bell fixed to the top of the column and be provided with one or a plurality of openings for the introduction of residues and waste materials, so that the bell may go down by telescopic nature of such column and bear onto the pedestal, thereby enabling to hide in its internal space the arms and the bags containing the residues. The support can be of special application to houses, hotels and the like, with a view to selecting and separating the various types of residues which are deposited respectively in the corresponding bag.

Description

BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a bag hanger support for household waste, which has been designed to allow the simultaneous and separate hanging of several independent bags, provided for the reception in each of them of a type of waste or waste product of those originating in homes and even in certain establishments, such as hospitality and similar ones.

The fundamental object of the invention is to provide a means capable of supporting several independent and separate bags, in which one type of waste can be deposited. The support finds special application in domestic kitchens, as well as in hotel and similar establishments, so that the user has the possibility of depositing each type of waste in a different bag, thus being able to directly select and separate the waste, before being deposited in the corresponding municipal collection containers.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In many cases, household waste or waste products (solid garbage originating in urban environments) reach municipal and / or incinerator landfills, all mixed together, since there is no prior selection and separation by of the citizen. The fact that household waste is discarded mixed, entails a series of problems and inconveniences such as a practically impossible recycling of certain products, a high cost in those cases in which a selection and separation is made, as is the case of the incinerators, to be able to incinerate certain products and recover others for recycling, high pollution of the environment environment in those cases where waste or waste is deposited in municipal landfills, etc.

It is clear that citizens must not only be aware of all those problems and damages that entails the non-selection and separation of waste, but also it is necessary to provide or make available to those citizens the means that allow and enable them to perform the desired selection and separation of the different products, before being deposited in the municipal garbage collection containers, and it is obvious that there is currently no regulation in this regard, nor the citizen is provided with the appropriate means to make the aforementioned selection and separation of solid products or residues that originate daily in homes and / or in certain establishments.

It is a proven and evident fact that the advantages of all kinds entail or entail separating the different types of household waste, such as cardboard, glass, metal, plastic, organic waste, etc. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The hanger support of bags for household waste object of the invention, is precisely designed to try to solve, or at least minorize, the problems and inconveniences referred to in the previous section, since through the support of the invention the user or citizen may have in the kitchen or place that you want from your home a plurality of independent and suspended bags, so that on them it is possible to deposit separately the different types of products or household waste that normally originate, so that each type of waste go to a different bag that can then be deposited in the appropriate container, until final collection by municipal employees. Obviously, there must be so many containers of collection as type of waste are selected and separated.

Structurally, the support itself is constituted from a vertical column arranged on a suitable and stable support base, which can be materialized by a body with any geometric configuration, provided it has a support surface on the ground that provides a high stability to the whole, such a base of support can be materialized by a plurality of legs, preferably four, on which the column would be mounted with an independent character, so that preferably and advantageously those legs will be articulated to the column itself, in order to can be folded / deployed and occupy a minimum volume when the support is not used.

It is also worth noting the fact that the column in question can be telescopic and thus allow to adjust its height and adapt to the needs and preferences of each user.

On the top of such a column the hanger itself for the waste receiving bags is mounted, a hanger that is formed by arms linked to each other, forming a rotating and detachable horizontal assembly with respect to the column itself, with the particularity that the number of arms can be four, five or more, provided to be able to suspend a bag from them.

The aforementioned arms can be articulated with respect to each other and with respect to the column, or they can be related with an independent nature between them, always allowing them to be dismantled and / or independent, so that the assembly can be stored occupying a minimum space when it use. The arms can end in the form of a hook and with suitable means of suspending the bags through the corresponding handles thereof.

As can be deduced from the above, the hanger bracket as a whole is designed so that when it is not used it can be disassembled and / or folded, in order to occupy a minimum volume and be able to store it anywhere, while when its use is required, the parts that constitute it are mounted and / or deployed, being arranged in, for example, the kitchen of a house, either on the ground, either on a countertop, in which case the device will logically reach a lower height, or in any type of hospitality establishment where solid waste residues originate, so that in all cases the citizen or user can deposit the different types of products or waste in the different bags conveniently suspended from the upper support arms.

The materials of the different parts and components will be the most convenient and appropriate, provided that they offer sufficient rigidity, strength and stability, and that they are also economical and effective in their function. That is, it can be made of plastic, metal or other material that, in addition to fulfilling the aforementioned conditions, is durable, lightweight, recyclable, non-toxic and even chemically stable against oxidizing agents and moderate reducing agents such as bleach, ammonia and organic products of any kind.

In an alternative embodiment, the support includes as a base of support a preferably circular and substantially flat base, with an upper flange determining a waste receiving tray that could be dropped when depositing them in the corresponding bags.

The circular base offers optimum stability for the support, without hardly constituting any obstacle since its height is minimal and also defines a tray receiving waste that could spread, as they said, when they are deposited in the bags.

Another improvement is that the support is complemented with a kind of cylindrical bell that is mounted on the top of the column, being fixed at the end of the column, a bell that is rotatable and is affected in its upper part of at least one window capable of facing in its turn to any of the sectors determined between each consecutive pair of suspension arms of the bags, so that through that window waste can be deposited and they fall into the respective bag, simply turning to said bell the corresponding sector to face its window to the specific bag in which it is desired to deposit a certain type of waste or product.

As a consequence of the fact that the support column is telescopic, this in its position of withdrawal or collection, will lead to the bell lowering and resting through its lower edge on the circular base itself in functions of support base, reducing the volume , hiding all the bags and preventing even the exit of odors, so that the whole set will be inside the bell and this one supported through its lower edge in the commented circular base of support, which will advantageously have a groove of the same contour as the lower edge or mouth of the bell, for adjusting it in its downward or downward position. Undoubtedly, both the referred support base and the bell may have any other geometric configuration different from the circular contour, provided they fulfill the function for which they have been provided, being able to be oval, polygonal, etc., and always without sharp edges. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In view of these figures, it can be seen how the hanger support of the invention is constituted from a vertical column 1 formed by two tubular sections 1 'and 1' ', telescopically coupled to each other in order to regulate the height of such column at convenience and according to the user's needs. Said column 1 is mounted on a lower base constituted, in the embodiment represented in figures 1 to 3, by means of a series of legs 2 articulated with respect to a core 2 ', through which the coupling of the lower end of the column 1, specifically of section 1 '' thereof, thus allowing easy folding and unfolding of legs 2 and their assembly or disassembly with respect to column 1.

Superiorly, said column 1 incorporates the hanger itself, formed by two arms 3, the lower one of which has an appendix 4 for mounting by plug in the upper end of column 1, and specifically in the upper section 1 ' this. The two arms 3 are fixed to each other according to a cross arrangement, with respective complementary recesses 5 affected by a hole for the passage of a fixing screw or pin 6. These arms 3, have at their ends projections 7 projected upwards, determining limit stops for the corresponding bag 8, and specifically of their handles 9 that are suspended from each of the arms 3, so that if these form four sections, as is the present case, four bags 8 can be arranged suspended to receive as many types of waste products or household waste. The hanger support thus constituted allows the citizen or user to use it anywhere, specifically in the kitchen, being arranged as shown in Figure 2 and having at hand the open bags 8 to deposit in them the waste, being able to collect the whole assembly when it is not used, either by folding, by disassembling the parts, etc., after removing the bags 8 with the waste that will be deposited in the corresponding containers.

It should be noted that all the hanger support components are preferably of a cylindrical configuration, avoiding sharp edges, and the material will preferably be plastic, without discarding any other type of material, although the plastic, with sufficient rigidity, is very economical. Also noteworthy is the fact that the upper appendix 4 corresponding to the arms 3 in its assembly on the column 1, is empowered to rotate so that the user can perform the rotation towards one side or another of such arms 3 and positioning the desired bag 8 within reach of the hand, although the above is a preferred embodiment, shown in Figures 1 to 3, there is no doubt that within the essentiality of the invention certain parts and / or means can be resolved in different ways. Thus, it is observed that the tubular and upper section 1 'is plugged into an axial section and of a smaller section of the lower section 1'', although it would be sufficient for said sections 1' and 1 '' to be of different section and pluggable into each other. , with an element that allows both to block each other at any height. There is also a particular form of union with each other. of arms 3, although these could also emerge from a common nucleus.

Similarly, although it has been said and shown in the drawings that the bags 8 receiving the waste are suspended from each arm 3, it is more practical and advantageous that said bags 8 be hung between each adjacent pair of arms, determining a greater opening of those, facilitating the reception of waste. In an alternative embodiment shown in Figures 4 to 7, the support column 10 is formed by two telescopic sections 10 'and 10' 'pluggable together, so that through the bottom it is coupled to the corresponding support base 11 , while in the upper one, the assembly formed by the hanging arms 12 for the bags 13, arms 12 which in this embodiment also form a cross, either by coupling two elements, or by emergency, is mounted in a rotating or static manner of the arms 12 with respect to a central core. In any case, these arms 12 determine a horizontal and suspension structure for the corresponding bags 13 receiving the waste or waste products, suspension that will be made, for each bag, between two adjacent arms 12, being held through projections or pop-up pivots 14 of the upper part in proximity to the ends thereof, and of hooks 15 that are nailed to the edge of the bag, as shown in figures 4 and 6, where a bag 13 with its handles 16 hooked on the projections or pivots 14 and the corresponding hook 15, this perforating a part of the upper edge of the commented bag 13.

The hanger support referred to and corresponding to this second embodiment is complemented with a bell 17, which can be cylindrical or with any other suitable geometric configuration, which is fixed on an upper extension 18 corresponding to the section 10 'of the telescopic column 10, the fixing being carried out by means of a screw or similar 19 that is fixed precisely at the upper end of that section 10', always with the possibility that the bell 17 can rotate in its assembly and offer the possibility of facing a window 20 provided at the top of it, in correspondence with the sector determined between each two adjacent arms 12, and thus being able to deposit through that window 20 the waste or waste products and that they fall on the corresponding bag 13 suspended between said arms 12, as just shown and as shown in figures 4 and 6.

On the other hand, and as stated previously, column 10 formed by tubular and telescopic sections 10 and 10 '', is fixed on the base or lower support base 11 or any conventional means, base 11 that has an outline similar to that of the bell itself 17, offering it a perimeter flange 21 to determine a kind of waste receiving tray that could fall when trying to deposit them through the window 20 of the bell 17.

In addition, concentrically the aforementioned support base 11 has a groove 22 in which the lower edge of the bell 17 is positioned when it occupies its descent position, by pushing down the telescopic section 10 'of the support column, which it will be housed and housed in the telescopic section 10 '' thereof, in which case that bell 17 together with the base or support base 11 determines a totally closed body, as shown in Figure 7.

Obviously, the bell 17 can have a single window 20, as is the representation shown, or even have two or more windows, as many as bag suspension arms 12 have the support, so that each window facing the sector under which a bag 13 receiving waste or waste products is suspended.

Claims

CLAIMS 1.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, which is intended to be used in domestic homes and / or in those establishments and places where waste or disposable products originate, in order to allow the user to carry out a Direct selection and separation of the waste itself, is characterized in that it is constituted from a vertical column (1) with a stable base of support on the ground and an upper hanger formed by a plurality of radial arms (3) for the hanging of as many independent bags (8) and recipients of the different types of waste originated; it being provided that said upper hanger is rotatably mounted with respect to the column itself (1).

2.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claim 1, characterized in that the column (1) is preferably and advantageously tubular and cylindrical, being capable of being telescopic and formed by two or more sections (1 'and 1' ') to allow to regulate its height.

3.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the stable support base is removable with respect to the column (1) and capable of being constituted by a piece of any configuration or by three or more legs (2), articulated to an upper core (2 ') through which the assembly of the column itself (1) is carried out, allowing the articulation of said legs (2) its deployment in the use position and its folding in the inoperative position.

4.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claim 1, characterized in that the hanger formed by the arms (3) is removable with respect to the column (1).

5.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claim 4, characterized in that the upper hanger is preferably constituted by two tubular pieces (3) attachable and fixed to each other in the form of a cross, determining a set of four radial arms, mountable / detachable, with respect to the upper end of the column (1).

6.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the arms (3) of the hanger are capable of being articulated with respect to the column (1) to enable its deployment in the use position and its folding in the inoperative position.

7.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claims 4, 5 and 6, characterized in that the core of arms (3) of the hanger is variable and each of them has at its end with a projection (7) projected upwards , constituting a stop to prevent the sliding and unlinking of the bags (8) receiving the waste, when these have been suspended, through their handles (9), of said arms (3).

8.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claims 5 and 6, characterized in that the tubular parts that constitute the arms (3) have complementary recesses (5) for coupling with each other, being fixed through a screw or pin transversal (6).

9.- BAG HANGER SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC WASTE, according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes a bell (17) that is fixed on the top of the corresponding support column (10), in correspondence with an axial extension (18), with the particularity that such a bell (17) is mounted with a rotating character and is affected by at least one window (20) capable of facing the determining sector of each pair of arms (12) of the hanger support, to allow the introduction of waste in each of the bags (13) that is suspended between each consecutive pair of arms (12).

10.- WASTE BAG HANGER SUPPORT

DOMESTIC, according to claim 9, characterized in that the support column (10) is formed by two telescopic sections (10 'and 10' ') coupled together, being mounted through the lower section (10) on a lower support base ( 11) with a perimeter and upper flange (21), determining a waste receiving tray that could fall when trying to deposit them in the corresponding bag (13); having also provided that the aforementioned support base (11) has a groove concentrically (22) for positioning the lower edge of the bell (17) in a situation of descent of the bell, constituting a fully enclosed body together with the base itself or base (eleven).
