Abstract

El objeto de esta invención es un prenda unisex para disminuidos físico-psíquicos prevista para su uso preferente por personas con dificultades para vestirse-desvestirse o que requieren la ayuda de terceros, constituida por una parte superior o camiseta (2) y una parte inferior o calzoncillo (3), unidas mediante una cremallera transversal (4), formando un conjunto monopieza en el que la apertura de unión de ambas partes posibilita su independización. La camiseta (2) incorpora una cremallera (5) central y longitudinal desde el cuello (6) hasta la parte inferior, posibilitando su apertura longitudinal. La tela de la prenda presenta unas dobleces (11) longitudinales en correspondencia con las tiras de fijación de la cremalleras (4 y 5), determinando esas dobleces (11) un solapamiento de bandas (12) del propio tejido que ocultan los dientes de la cremallera. La prenda incorpora unos tramos elásticos y fruncidos (8 y 9) previstos en los laterales de la cremallera, con los correspondientes medios de abroche (10).

Description

PRENDA UNISEX PARA DISMINUIDOS FISICOS-PSIQUICOS
DESCRIPCIÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención se refiere a una prenda unisex de especial aplicación en aquellas personas o usuarios con dificultades para vestirse/desvestirse por si mismos, siendo igualmente aplicable a personas que necesiten de un tercero para ponerse y quitarse la ropa.
La prenda conforma una camiseta y un calzoncillo unidos mediante cremallera transversal, formando una prenda enteriza o única con facultad de abrir la parte correspondiente a la camiseta , así como liberar esa parte de camiseta respecto de la parte de calzoncillo, viéndose así favorecida la operación de vestirse/desvestirse e incluso realizar el intercambio de pañales absorbentes sin necesidad de desvestirse.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Aunque se conocen prendas de interior y/o de uso exterior unisex que aunan en un solo conjunto o pieza única la camiseta y el correspondiente calzoncillo o pantalón, suelen ser piezas enterizas que no pueden ser utilizadas en determinados casos, concretamente por aquellas personas con dificultades para vestirse-desvestirse, es decir en disminuidos físicos-psíquicos que incluso a veces requieren del concurso de una tercera persona para realizar tales funciones.
Sin embargo estas personas, también en determinadas circunstancias, lugares y situaciones, sería conveniente que contasen con una prenda de uso interior y/o exterior unisex que reuniese conjuntamente la camiseta y el calzoncillo o pantalón, es decir, que dichas dos prendas, que normalmente son independientes, estuviesen relacionadas entre si formando una continuidad entre ellas para evitar así, por
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN REGLA 26 ejemplo, el recogimiento de la camiseta y el riesgo de enfriamiento, o en otro caso evitar el desplazamiento de un pañal destinado a recoger y absorber la orina en caso de incontinencia.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La prenda unisex que se preconiza viene a resolver la problemática anteriormente expuesta, ya que la misma conforma en un solo conjunto una camiseta y un calzoncillo, que están vinculados mediante una cremallera transversal susceptible de cerrarse y abrirse para separar el calzoncillo de la camiseta y por lo tanto permitir a ese tipo de personas o disminuidos físicos-psíquicos el poderse vestir y desvestir con mayor comodidad o bien que los pueda vestir y desvestir, también con mayor facilidad y comodidad, una tercera persona en caso de que así lo requieran. A ello hay que unir el que la camiseta cuenta también con una cremallera longitudinal que permite su total apertura para ver favorecida la operación de vestido/desvestido.
Más concretamente, la prenda unisex de la invención, que estará constituida preferentemente en un tejido de algodón o material similar, para evitar alergias y que sea cómodo para las personas que lo han de utilizar, presenta la particularidad de que por un lado la parte que constituye la camiseta, como anteriormente se ha dicho, cuenta con una cremallera longitudinal que va desde el cuello hasta el borde inferior, permitiendo la total apertura de la cremallera, que puede quedar situada, como más adelante se expondrá, tanto en correspondencia con la parte anterior como en correspondencia con la parte posterior ya que tal camiseta se vincula a la parte que constituye el calzoncillo mediante una cremallera con carácter independizable mediante la total apertura de dicha cremallera, lo que posibilita el que la camiseta pueda situarse con la cremallera orientada hacia adelante o con la cremallera orientada hacia atrás, en el primer caso para permitir al usuario vestirse/desvestirse por si mismo, y en el segundo caso cuando tal operación es efectuada por un tercero.
N REGLA 26 Las cremalleras concurren en su posición de cierre en una zona central e intermedia donde se determina una abertura, la cual es parcialmente cerrada como consecuencia de que en esa zona se determinan unos tramos elásticos que tienden a cerrar la parte abierta correspondiente , aunque los elásticos en cuestión contarán con medios de abroche convencionales que permiten en cualquier momento cerrar esa abertura originada en la confluencia entre las cremalleras , y concretamente en la zona central, bien sea de la parte delantera , bien sea de la parte trasera, de acuerdo con el montaje de la camiseta respecto del calzoncillo.
Por otra parte, se ha previsto que las cremalleras en cuestión estén materializadas preferentemente en un plástico blando con dientes planos, al objeto de que el conjunto de la cremallera quede lo más plano posible y evite cualquier tipo de molestia al usuario, habiéndose previsto además que dichas cremalleras queden fijadas al tejido tanto del calzoncillo como de la camiseta, mediante solapamiento s de las propias telas, con objeto de cubrir los dientes de las cremalleras y evitar con ello el contacto de éstas con el cuerpo del usuario, con lo que dicho contacto se realizará siempre sobre la tela y no sobre las cremalleras.
Además de que la prenda en cuestión facilita las operaciones de vestido/desvestido, tanto a disminuidos físicos-psíquicos como a terceros que realicen el vestido/desvestido de personas incapacitadas física o psíquicamente, en aquellos casos en que padezcan de incontinencia, no será necesario tener que desvestir a la persona en cuestión para sustituirle el pañal, sino sencillamente será suficiente con abrir la cremallera que une la parte inferior o calzoncillo con la camiseta y llevar a cabo la sustitución del pañal.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompañan como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo , se ha representado lo siguiente.

La figura 4.- Muestra una aplicación práctica sobre una persona , de la prenda unisex objeto de la invención, viéndose la cremallera de la camiseta parcialmente abierta y la cremallera que une tal camiseta con la parte inferior o calzoncillo abierta en su totalidad.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de las comentadas figuras puede observarse cómo la prenda unisex de vestir objeto de la invención y referenciada en general con (1), comprende dos partes vinculadas entre sí para formar un conjunto único como prenda de vestir propiamente dicha, de manera que la parte superior constituye lo que se ha hado en denominar una camiseta (2) mientras que la parte inferior constituye lo que se ha dado en denominar un calzoncillo (3) aunque esta parte inferior podría estar igualmente materializada en una braga o incluso en un pantalón largo o semi-corto, de forma que la prenda unisex que se reivindica puede ser interior o bien de uso exterior.
En cualquier caso, la camiseta (2) y el calzoncillo (3) o parte inferior, están unidos entre si mediante una cremallera transversal (4), en correspondencia con la cintura de
A DE SUSTITUCIÓN REGLA 26 esa parte inferior o calzoncillo (3), con la particularidad de que esa cremallera (4) es susceptible de abrirse para desvincular la camiseta (2) del calzoncillo (3), ya que en posición de cierre constituye el medio de unión de las dos partes para formar la prenda única de vestir.
Por su parte, la camiseta (2) cuenta también con una cremallera (5) dispuesta longitudinalmente desde la abertura (6) o cuello hasta la parte inferior.
El borde superior del cuello (6) de la camiseta presenta, tanto por uno como por otro lado la misma cota o altura con el fin de que la camiseta (2) en cuestión pueda disponerse con la cremallera hacia delante o con la cremallera hacia atrás, a conveniencia del usuario, de acuerdo con sus necesidades.
En la zona de confluencia de las cremalleras (4) y (5), en su posición de cierre, se determina una zona abierta (7), como se representa en la figura 1, la cual tiende a cerrarse como consecuencia de que en los laterales de la parte inferior de la cremallera (5) y entre los extremos de la cremallera (4) se han previsto correspondientes tramos elásticos y fruncidos (8) y (9), respectivamente, que tienden a cerrar esa zona abierta (7) aunque el cierre total de ésta puede conseguirse mediante abroches o elementos convencionales (10) previstos tanto en los elásticos (8) como el elástico (9) anteriormente referidos.
Por otro lado, tanto la cremallera (4) como la cremallera (5) están fijadas al tejido correspondiente de manera tal que quedan ocultas y evitan el roce directo entre el cuerpo del usuario y el propio dentado de las mismas, para lo cual y como se representan en la figura 4, en la que la cremallera pertenece a la camiseta (2), aunque igualmente podría ser la cremallera (4) perteneciente al calzoncillo (3) presenta la particularidad de que el propio tejido de la prenda, en este caso de la camiseta (2), presenta un doblez (11) que determina el solapamiento de un tramo (12) del tejido o camiseta (2) sobre la propia cremallera (5), concretamente sobre el respectivo lateral o una de las partes de la cremallera., ya que en el otro lateral o tira complementaria de
I N REGLA 26 esa cremallera (5) quedaría fijada y dispuesta de igual manera . Es decir, que cada parte de cremallera irá fijada a un tramo (12) que forma un solapamiento, a partir de una línea de doblez (11), de la propia tela de la prenda, al objeto de que los dientes de la referida cremallera queden ocultos y el contacto del cuerpo del usuario se realice no sobre la citada cremallera sino sobre la tela correspondiente a la prenda de vestir propiamente dicha.
No se considera necesario hacer más extensa esta descripción para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda el alcance de la invención y las ventajas que de la misma se derivan.
Los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos serán susceptibles de variación siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración en la esencialidad del invento.
Los términos en que se ha redactado esta memoria deberán ser tomados siempre en sentido amplio y no limitativo.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Ia.- PRENDA UNISEX PARA DISMINUIDOS FÍSICO-PSÍQUICOS, que estando prevista para su utilización preferentemente por personas con dificultades para vestirse-desvestirse o que incluso tienen que hacerlo con el concurso de una tercera persona, se caracteriza porque está constituida por una parte superior en funciones de camiseta (2) y una parte inferior en funciones de calzoncillo (3), pantalón o similar, unidas ambas partes mediante una cremallera transversal (4) para formar un conjunto monopieza en el que la apertura de unión de ambas partes posibilita su independización; habiéndose previsto además que la parte que constituye la camiseta (2) cuente con una cremallera (5) central y longitudinal desde el cuello (6) hasta la parte inferior, posibilitando la apertura longitudinal de dicha camiseta (2) para facilitar el vestido/desvestido del usuario.
2a.- PRENDA UNISEX PARA DISMINUIDOS FÍSICO-PSÍQUICOS, según reivindicación Ia, caracterizada porque la tela que constituye la prenda unisex cuenta con unos dobleces (11) longitudinales en correspondencia con las tiras de fijación de las propias cremalleras (4) y (5), determinando esas dobleces (11) un solapamiento de bandas (12) del propio tejido de la prenda que ocultan los dientes de la cremallera, impidiendo el contacto de ésta con el cuerpo del usuario.
3a.- PRENDA UNISEX PARA DISMINUIDOS FÍSICO-PSÍQUICOS, según reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizada porque el borde superior correspondiente al cuello (6) de la camiseta (2) presenta aproximadamente la misma cota por delante que por detrás, permitiendo el posicionado de la camiseta (2) respecto del calzoncillo (3) inferior con su cremallera hacia delante o hacia atrás, indistintamente.
4a.- PRENDA UNISEX PARA DISMINUIDOS FÍSICO-PSÍQUICOS, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque en la zona de confluencia de ambas cremalleras (4) y (5) se determina una abertura (7) susceptible de cerrarse parcialmente mediante correspondientes tramos elásticos y fruncidos (8) y (9) previstos en los laterales de la cremallera, pertenecientes a la parte que constituye la camiseta (2), y en correspondencia con la zona superior e intermedia correspondiente a la parte inferior o calzoncillo (3), contando esos tramos elásticos y fruncidos (8) y (9) con medios de abroche (10) que posibilitan el cierre total de esa abertura.
