Abstract
Cette invention concerne des polymères à base de silicone organique qui permettent de produire des céramiques et qui comprennent des agglomérats métalliques (Cl), lesquels polymères correspondent à la formule générale (1) où E représente SiR2, NR, (II), (III), (IV), (V), cyclo-(SiR2NR)x, (CB10H10C), (CB10H10C-O-SiR2), p-C6H4 ou (CH2)y; n est supérieur ou égal à 5, tandis que m est égal à 0,001 1, que x est égal à 3, 4 ou 5, et que y varie de 1 à 4. Les éléments R peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent H, CH3, C2H5, C6H5, CH=CH2, CH2CH=CH2. Cl représente quant à lui des agglomérats de métaux de transition qui appartiennent au groupe Ib ou aux groupes III à VIII de la table de classification périodique. Le procédé de production de ces polymères à base de silicone organique, qui permettent de produire des céramiques et qui comprennent des Cl, consiste à mettre des composés de métaux de transition choisis dans les groupes susmentionnés en interaction avec des composés de silicone organique correspondant aux formules générales (2) et (3), ou avec des mélanges de ces derniers. Ces composés de silicone organique sont préalablement chauffés à une température allant de 50 à 450 °C dans une atmosphère inerte. Dans les formules (2) et (3), E, R, x et y sont tels que définis précédemment, tandis que p est supérieur ou égal à 3, que q est supérieur ou égal à 1, et que r est supérieur ou égal à 4. Après addition des composants contenant des métaux, la masse de réaction peut le cas échéant être maintenue à une température de 100 à 450 °C pendant une durée de 0,5 à 5 heures. Les polymères à base de silicone organique qui permettent de produire des céramiques, qui comprennent des agglomérats métalliques (Cl) et qui correspondent à la formule générale (1), peuvent être utilisés dans la production de céramiques composites d'une grande solidité et résistant à la chaleur.
