Abstract

In einer Anordnung zur Ankopplung eines rf-SQUID an einen supraleitenden Tankschwingkreis und an eine Grundplatte, in welcher der Tankschwingkreis und das rf-SQUID eine koplanare Struktur bilden und der Tankschwingkreis einen Schlitz aufweist, ist die Grundplatte (10) als äußere Schleife (10a) koplanar zu dem rf-SQUID (2) und dem Tankschwingkreis (1) ausgebildet und weist einen Schlitz (11) auf und umfaßt der Tankschwingkreis (1) eine innere Schleife (1a), in welcher der Schlitz (4) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Orientierung der Schlitze (4; 11) der inneren Schleife (1a) und der äußeren Schleife (10a) zueinander die Resonanzfrequenz fr bestimmt.
