Description

DESCRIPTION IMPROVED WINDOW-AND-DOOR FRAME WITH PROFILES IN METAL-INSULATION-METAL-WOOD Technical Field This invention has for object an improved window-and-door frame with profiles in metal-insulation-metal wood. The innovation finds particular even if not exclusive application in the field of the window-and-door frames in metal-insulation- metal-wood, advantageously used in environmental areas with an extremely low. temperature Even if this solution is particularly advantageous in areas in which the outside temperatures are extremely low in comparison with the inside ones (E.g. - 20°C/+20°C), nothing excludes that said window-and-door frames can be advantageously used also in other areas in which there are no important differences between the outside and the inside temperature. Background Art In prior art it is known that for obtaining a better insulation, double glass-panes and composite aluminium sections with interspace in plastic material (that causes a thermal bridge breaking ) are used, while the internal part of the aluminium section is covered by wooden sections. This solution even if advantageous has the drawback that the air circulating between the sections, which is necessary to prevent undesired internal condensations, cools the internal wooden coating, without supplying the necessary insulation. The temperature variation to which such recirculation air is subjected is the cause of condensation and fogging of the respective glasses which make up the glass-chamber because of an evident contact conduction. The purpose of this invention is to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks. This and other purposes are reached as claimed by means of a window-and-door frame of the type having a plurality of metal and wood external and internal profiles connected by an insulating interspace in which the wooden coating is inwardly placed, characterised in that: - along the internal perimeter of the respective wooden coating, and between the metallic internal profile is provided a spacing which acts as a channel for the air recirculation, - some air passages are further provided, so that the internal air may circulate, between said wooden coating and the internal metal profile that supports it in said channel. In this way the internal metal profile is heated and the undesired condensation is thus avoided with a consequent improvement of the thermal insulation global coefficient between external and internal environment. Advantageously: In said channel are housed also the respective rotational keys that fasten said internal wooden profiles to said internal metallic frame of the window-and-door frame. Thus the advantage of the double function is obtained . As much advantageously: - some slots on the external metal profile are provided, so that the air from outside can enter through this profile; - a sealing preventing that the air from the outside enters or comes into contact with the wooden internal profile is provided. In this way the insulation is further improved by forcing the external air to circulate inwardly and up to the internal metallic frame, where by means of the sealing, heated by the internal metallic frame, it is forced to recirculate on the outside, avoiding condensations or transmissions with said internal wooden profile. These and other advantages will appear from the following description of a preferred solution, with the aid of the included drawings, whose details are not to be considered as limitative but only given as an example. Figure 1 is a perspective schematic view of an example of a window-and-door frame where the recirculation system of the inside air is shown, in this specific case a window with a double wing, but it is obvious that the window-and-door frame could have any shape, with a door, with transom windows, with sliding doors, overturnable and also with no ports or doors but only with the framework therefore not necessarily having a case and a countercase, with a fixed and movable frame but also having a single instead of a double frame one of which (movable) is fixed within the other (fixed). Figure 2 is a schematic sideways view of the recirculation system of the inside air according to the invention. Figure 3 shows a perspective view of a section of a double frame which is fixed and movable respect to the fixed one as it is found in the traditional window-and-door frames having doors. Referring to the figures it can be noticed that: with "S" it is generically indicated the frame. with "E" it is indicated the external environment and with "U" the internal environment, while with "F" is indicated the air circulation flow of the internal environment "U" within the profiles of the window-and-door frame according to the present invention. Respectively with (1,2,3/1',2',3') is indicated the composite metallic profile indicating the external metallic part with (1-1'), the internal metallic part (3-3') and the interspace made in plastic material profile or other insulating material (2-2'). With 4 and 4' is indicated the internal insulating main profiles keyed to the metallic internal profile (3,3') by locking rotational keys (5, 5'). With "V" is indicated the external empty-space within the profiles of the window-and-door frame for the external air circulation (E) and with 9.1 the sealing that prevents said external air from passing on the inside and contacting the internal wooden profile (4,4'). Between the internal wooden sections (4,4') and the underlying metal profile (3,3') there is a channel with respective opposed undercuts (I) which has a double function as an area used for the keying with said rotational keys (5,5') and as an area for the air recirculation of the internal environment according to the present invention. In this specific case the glass-space has three glasses 6,7,8 and the internal one takes the internal temperature not being in condensation contact with the external air (V-E) thanks to the sealing 91 that prevents such transmission. The internal air (U) flows within the wooden internal profile (4,4') and within the underlying one in metal (3,3') in the channel "I" forming a flow "F" from the bottom toward the top and exchanging heat with the internal metal profile (3,3'). The external air "E" enters from "V" cooling the external metal profile (1,1') and the insulating thermal bridge (2,2'), then it heats by contact with the internal metal profile (3,3') and consequently, thanks also to the bottom sealing (91), it heats and gets back to the outside (E). In this way any condensation is avoided and the internal wooden profile (4,4') remains always warm and does not cool because it is heated by the internal circulation. Such circulation is allowed according to the invention by means of the lower and upper transversal openings (41,41'). Said openings advantageously in the openable frameworks are vertically made (41) while in the fixed counter-frames they are made on the front (41'), the shape or direction not being in any way relevant.
