Abstract

A portable, light weight device and to provide support to a person performing repetitive motions with one or more hands on a generally horizontal surface. The device includes a base (12) and a resilient and flexible support member (14). The base includes retaining elements (18). The support member is reversibly disposable within the retaining elements when in a biased position.
