Abstract

Cette invention concerne des mécanismes de percussion qui sont destinés au traitement de sols gelés et de roches dans les domaines de l'industrie minière et de la construction. Ce mécanisme comprend un corps (1) qui comporte un accumulateur d'énergie à gaz (2), une chambre d'introduction (3) dans laquelle se trouve un percuteur (4) muni d'une tête (5), ainsi qu'un clapet étagé (6) qui est poussé par l'accumulateur d'énergie élastique (2). La surface externe du clapet (6) et la surface interne du corps (1) définissent une chambre de trop-plein (7) qui entre en communication périodique avec la chambre d'introduction (3). La surface interne du corps (1) et la surface externe de la chambre de trop-plein (7) comportent des rainures (9) qui définissent par leur surface et avec le clapet étagé (6), un espace en forme de labyrinthe (10). Le clapet étagé (6) est monté de manière à pouvoir entrer en interaction avec le corps (1), à fermer le labyrinthe, et à former ainsi une chambre sous pression (8). La surface interne du clapet étagé (6) et la tête du percuteur (4) définissent une chambre de type clapet secondaire (11), laquelle se trouve en communication avec la chambre sous pression (8) lorsque le percuteur pénètre dans le clapet par des canaux (12). La chambre de trop-plein (7) se trouve en communication constante avec une conduite d'évacuation (13), tandis que la chambre d'introduction (3) se trouve en communication constante avec une conduite sous pression (14).
