Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Identifizieren von Menschen, Tieren und Objekten. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Objekt, eine Person oder ein Tier in einer unübersehbaren Menge bzw. Herde oder in einer unübersehbaren Landschaft und auch bei Nacht identifizieren zu können. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren umfaßt folgende Verfahrensschritte: ein zu identifizierendes Objekt wird mit einem Luminiszenzfarbstoff gekennzeichnet, der durch UV-Strahlung im nicht sichtbaren Bereich angeregt wird und IR-Strahlung emittiert, ein auf das Objekt hin abzusuchender Bereich wird mit UV-Strahlung im Anregungsbereich bestrahlt, der mit UV bestrahlte Bereich wird mittels einer IR-Erfassungseinrichtung auf das Auftreten eines IR-Antwortsignals im Emissionsbereich des Farbstoffs überprüft.
