Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a full, closed plastic container for flowing medium and having a pouring spout. Said method enables operation of simpler filling machines by cancelling complete procedural steps and is characterised in that a tubular section (5) with a threadless part (8) and a part (6) with an internal winding is attached to the plastic-container pouring spout with an external thread. The plastic container is filled through the tubular section (5) and the pouring spout and, when filled, is closed in that the threadless part (8) of the tubular section (5) is sealed by thermoforming.

Es sind zahlreiche Systeme und Verfahren zum Herstellen, auch zum Formen und Füllen, von Kunststoffbehältern, insbesondere von Flaschen, bekannt. So gibt es z. B. ein Verfahren, bei welchem ein Vorformling aus Kunststoff in die den Kunststoffbehälter bildende Endform, insbesondere zur Flasche, geblasen wird. Die Flasche wird sterilisiert, getrocknet und anschließend befüllt. Eine Siegelfolie oder eine Schraubkappe wird ebenfalls sterilisiert und auf die gefüllte, aseptische Flasche aufgesiegelt. In einem letzten Verfahrensschritt wird meistens die Schraubkappe an der gefüllten Flasche angebracht. Abfüllanlagen, die nach dem bekannten Verfahren arbeiten, benötigen bei aseptischer Abfüllung des Füllgutes mindestens zwei verschiedene Sterilisationseinheiten. Eine Sterilisationseinheit für die Flasche und eine weitere Sterilisationseinheit für den Flaschenverschluß. Ab dem Verfahrensschritt des Füllens braucht nur noch der Behälter selbst gefördert und behandelt zu werden, nicht mehr andere Verschließteile, wie z. B. eine Siegelfolie oder auch eine Schraubkappe. Einstückig mit dem Kunststoffbehälter wird ein an dessen Ausgießtülle angebrachtes Rohrstück bewegt. Da es am Kunststoffbehälter angebracht ist, entfallen besondere Transportmaßnahmen, Applikationsvorrichtungen und dergleichen, ohne daß die Verschließmittel stören. Bei vorteilhafter weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird zur Herstellung des Kunststoffbehälters, an dessen Ausgießtülle mit Außengewinde ein Rohrstück mit einem gewindefreien Teil und einem Teil mit Innengewinde angebracht ist, auf das Außengewinde eines Blasvorformlinges ein Rohrstück mit Innengewinde aufgebracht, und danach wird der Blasvorformling zu einer den Kunststoffbehälter bildenden Endform aufgeblasen. Diese Ausführungsform unterscheidet sich von der erstgenannten dadurch, daß der Kunststoffbehälter, an dessen Ausgießtülle in der beschriebenen Weise das Rohrstück angebracht ist, nicht als vorhanden angenommen wird, von dem die Verfahrensschritte des Füllens und Verschließens ausgehen, wie oben beschrieben; vielmehr wird hier durch die zuletzt erwähnten Maßnahmen beschrieben, wie ein solcher Kunststoffbehälter (mit aufgebrachtem Rohrstück) hergestellt wird, nämlich unter Verwendung eines an sich bekannten Blasvorformlinges. Es versteht sich, daß dieser aus dem gewünschten Kunststoff besteht, aus welchem auch der Behälter letztlich gebildet werden soll. Im Unterschied zu bekannten Verfahren wird aber erfindungsgemäß das erwähnte Rohrstück auf den Blasvorformling aufgebracht, sei es durch Aufschrauben, nachdem zuvor ein Rohrstück schon gefertigt war, sei es durch Spritzgießen, durch welches das Rohrstück um das Außengewinde des Blasvorformlinges herum erst gefertigt wird. Der Blasvorformling wird also erfindungsgemäß mit dem Rohrstück zu einer vorzugsweise aseptisch dichten Einheit zusammengefügt, und danach erfolgen die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen des Aufblasens, Füllens und Verschließens in der vorstehend beschriebenen Weise. In ersten Versuchen hat sich gezeigt, daß man den beschriebenen Kunststoffbehälter (mit aufgebrachtem Rohrstück) durch Aufblasen eines Blasvorformlinges auch dann herstellen kann, wenn auf dem Außengewinde des Blasvor¬ formlinges das Rohrstück aufgebracht ist. Mit anderen Worten wird der Blasvorformling vor der Fertigstellung des Kunststoffbehälters ohnehin derart heiß, daß er nach dem Aufblasen innen als steril angesehen werden kann. Ist diese Sterilisierung oder auch eine separate Sterilisierung zusammen mit dem aufgesetzten Rohrstück erfolgt, dann erübrigen sich zusätzliche Sterilisierungsverfahren einer separaten Schraubkappe z. B. oder auch einer zusätzlichen Siegelfolie, wie bei bekannten Verfahren unvermeidlich ist. Es ist nur noch ein einziger Steriiisationsprozeß erforderlich, falls es um sterile Verpackung geht. Eine separate Sterilisation einer Siegelfolie oder einer Schraubkappe entfällt. Der Abfülter braucht bei seiner Maschine auch nicht mehr Applikationseinrichtungen für Schraubkappen im Füllbetrieb.
