Abstract
Patent of invention for the Aerodisk - Atmospheric Aeronautical Vehicle, consisting of a cabin (1, 1'), air intake for the circumfoil (2) support bearings (3), aerodynamic circumfoil (4), fuel tank (5), bays for landing gear (6), landing gear (7), cowlings for the propulsion-motor unit (8), ailerons (9), connection column (10), flaps (11), directional rudder (12), a propulsion-motor unit (13), stabilization propeller (14), air intake (15), exhaust (16), aerofoils (17), together making up an aeronautical vehicle, which is propelled by the propulsion-motor unit and controlled from the cabin and achieves flight through the spinning of the aerodynamic circumfoil.
Description
Descriptive Report for α Patent Application for the
invention of an "AERODIS - ATMOSPHERIC
AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE"
This patent application aims to protect a new process of
5. flight and a new form of aeronautical construction, which has been
developed to take advantage of its superior aerodynamic design
qualities, offering great practical and operational advantage for its crew
and for its utilization by persons. The resulting AERODISK -
ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE is capable of flight, and
10. can be utilized for the transport of freight and passengers. It consists of a
cabin and a rotational aerodynamic circumfoil, an air-intake for the
circumfoil, support bearings, a fuel tank, a bay for landing gear, landing
gear, cowlings for the propulsion motor, ailerons, connection column,
flaps, directional rudder, a propulsion-motor unit, stabilization propeller,
1 5. air intake, exhaust and aerofoils.
Upon activating the ignition of the propulsion-motor and
raising the power level, the relative wind at the intake of the circumfoil
become engaged internally causing it to rotate, thus creating the lift for
the AERODISK - ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE and making
it capable of flight. Within the cabin the instruments necessary for the
control and maneuvering of the vehicle are arrayed.
Aeroplanes and helicopters are commonplace, but
problems are experienced in conciliating the difficulties of vertical take
5. off with the high-speed maneuvers, whereas this presents no difficulty in
case of the AERODISK - ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE. This
present invention constitutes a new high-technology aero-space vehicle,
of great utility, bringing together usefulness, practicality and
functionality. It can be manufactured in metallic materials or others of
10. comparable strength, in accordance with the desired size and/or
specified function, providing advantage and convenience to users.
In order to better illustrate the object of this present
descriptive report, drawings are attached merely for purposes of
demonstration, and these should in no way place any limitation upon the
15. scope of the patent.
Figure 1 (model 1 ) shows the AERODISK -
ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE in profile.
Figure 2 (model 2) shows the AERODISK -
ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE in profile.
20. Figure 3 shows a frontal view of the AERODISK -
ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE.
This present application for a patent of invention for the
AERODISK - ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE covers a cabin (1 )
(T), αir-intαke for the circumfoil (2) support bearings (3), an
aerodynamic circumfoil (4), fuel tank (5), bays for landing gear (6),
landing gear (7), cowlings for the propulsion-motor unit (8), ailerons (9),
connection column (10), flaps (1 1 ), directional rudder(12) a propulsion-
5. motor unit (13), stabilization propeller (14), air intake (15), exhaust (16)
aerofoils (17).
The AERODISK - ATMOSPHERIC AERONAUTICAL VEHICLE , besides
offering many advantages, presents characteristics fulfilling the requisite
of novelty, and thus merits a patent of invention as it fully satisfies the
10. criteria, since its invention combines and modifies previously known
elements, in a different form, resulting in a new form, a new process,
and with the advantages of greater efficiency and better utilization.
