The invention will be more deeply explicated with help of drawings on which the Fig 1 represents the version of the invention with the end of the rope fastened to the second arm and with an auxiliary pulley on the frame, the Fig 2 represents the version with the ending pulley on the second arm and with the rope fastened (anchored) to the frame On the Fig 3 the version with linearly movable element, containing a couple of auxiliary pulleys, is represented On the Fig 4 the example of the version of the invention, where Muscle tone up device
Technical field of the invention
The invention is concerning to a muscle tone up device (muscle strengthening device) with a possibility of smooth (continuous) load changing in any moment duπng the strengthening training and without its interruption
Pπor art
The up to now known devices for muscle strengthening with a possibility of a continuous load changing have an actuator on which the sportsperson is acting, and this actuator is connected to a weight through a kinematics system, which contains a swinging arm, which is with its one end mounted with a swivel seating to the frame The arm is provided with a movably mounted guiding element with a pulley, over this pulley the loop of the pull rope is guided Duπng the exercise the guiding element is moving askew up according to the inclination of the arm, causing a prolongation of the rope and with it a lifting of the weight with a force depending on the inclination angle of the arm The known devices often include other elements completing the kinematics system, or eventually they include beside the controlled load also a basic weight
The common disadvantage of the known devices with the possibility of the load changing duπng the exercise is, that duπng the setting of the swinging arm to a position enlarging the load it comes to a considerable dead stroke of the weight, what is disadvantageous Moreover no one from the known devices of such type does not solve the requirement of an automatic setting to the starting position after the finishing of the exercise The systems containing a combination of a basic weight and a controlled load are time consumable duπng the preparation of the exercise, eventually the allow a smaller control range only
The aim of the invention
The descπbed disadvantages are eliminated with the invention, a muscle tone up device, consisting from a solid frame, a weight and from a movable actuator, which is connected to the weight through a kinematics coupling transmitting through the pull rope the action the second arm is formed with the arm drum in a form of a circle segment is represented, on the Fig 5 the construction of the two-armed lever with the ending pulley on the second arm is schematically represented The Fig 6 represents a front view to the seat with the actuator
The examples of the realisation of the invention
In the basic version the device according the invention is formed with a solid frame 1 with the seat 5_, provided in its foundation part with the movable element 2 containing a couple of movable pulleys 21 The movable element 2 is seated in the guiding J_2 of the frame 1 Then in the foundation part of the frame I the auxiliary pulley 13 and the guiding pulley 14 is anchored and in the upper part of the frame 1 the reversing pulley 15 is mounted, through which the rope 3 . fastened to the weight 3 is guided The web of the frame 1 is provided with the ma shaft H, on which the two-armed lever 8 with the lower chain wheel §1, with winding drum 42 and declining chain wheel 91 is mounted On the upper end of the main arm 84 the upper chain wheel is mounted, interlocked through the guiding chain 86 with the lower chain wheel 8_i To the guiding chain 86 the guiding element 87 is fastened, mounted on the guiding rod 82 and provided with the guiding pulley 83 To the second arm 88 of the two-armed lever 8 the end of the pull rope 3_1 is fastened, dπven from the weight 3 through the reversing pulley 14 and guiding pulley 14 The rope 31 forms the mam loop 32 between a couple of movable pulleys 2J. of the movable element 2 This loop goes round the guiding pulley 83. Before the fastening place to the second arm 88 the end of the rope 3J_ is dπven through the auxiliary pulley 13 An attachment to the two-armed lever is the inclination chain wheel 91, which can be rotated up to the chosen angle with the inclination chain 92 and with the toothed wheel 93_, which are controlled with the not drawn inclination control device The design of the inclination device 9 is not part of the invention, practically it is possible to use any known system With the lower chain wheel 8J_ the pulling belt 41 of the actuator 4 is interconnected, this belt in stationary position is rolled up in the roll up drum 42 The actuator 4 is provided with pushing levers 43 with the handles 44 and with help of the pins 45 it is swing gly anchored in the frame 1 In the described example of the version the seat 5 is provided with an end stop 46 of the actuator 4, on which it is leaned on at rest position. In the lower part the actuator 4 is provided with a stepping belt 47.
In the alternative version, represented on the Fig. 2, the end of the second arm 88 is provided with the ending pulley 89, through which the pull rope 3 . is driven, the end of which is fastened to the frame 1.
In the example according to the Fig. 3 the frame 1 is provided with a linearly movable element 6 with a couple of auxiliary pulleys 6L The rope 21 between the auxiliary pulleys 6J_ forms the counter weight loop 32, which is driven through the ending pulley 89 of the second arm 88
In the last version example, represented on the Fig. 4 a not typical design of the second arm 88 is represented. The second arm 88 is built up with the arm drum in a circle section form, so it is a part of a formed tyre, or it can be in a form of a cam. It is non typically connected to the main arm 84, from the opposite side as the guiding pulley 82 is mounted, so the resulting force is acting in the two-armed lever 8, as in the previous examples.
The device according to the invention can by used independently, or as a part of more complex muscle tone up devices, it can be provided with an other weight, eventually it can be provided with electronically controlled inclination device 9. The described examples of the realisation of the invention serve for exercising of the pectoral muscle, but in other version of the device according to the invention it can be used for toning up of other muscle groups.
The sportsperson is setting the basic load with pushing of the pin on the weight 2- Then he (she) takes a seat on the seat 5, leans with his (her) back to the back support and with the legs rests to the stepping lever 47 of the actuator 4. So the handle 44 of the pushing levers 42 comes to a catching position and the exercising with pushing out can start. The force arising from the pushing out of the actuator 4 is transmitted to the pulling belt 4_L, this is winding out from the winding drum 42 and rotates with the lower chain wheel 8J. of the main arm 84, such a way the guiding chain 86 is moving and together with it on the guiding rod 82 also the guiding element 87 with the guiding pulley 83. This pulley pulls the mam loop 22 of the rope 21 This force is grater than the force acting through the rope 21 on the second arm 88 The declination of the main arm 84 can be regulated by the sportsperson with help of the control of the inclination device 9 duπng the exercise After finishing of the exercise the sportsperson leans back to the setting lever 47, releases the handles 44 and releases of the leg's pressure The pushing levers 4_2 are leaning down and the handles 44 are moving to the position on the back of the sportsperson, so to the rest position of the device The guiding pulley 82 is automatically pulled down through the influence of the weight 2 to the lower position, where the force acting to the guiding pulley 82 is less than the force acting on the second arm 88 The result is, that the two-armed 8_ιs automatically positioned in a position, where the mam arm 84 has a minimal decimation from the vertical line, the weight 2 and the actuator 4 leans down to the end stop 46
The described examples of the versions according the invention differ between each other in the range of the possibilities to change for instance the range of the correction or the relation of the forces acting on the both arms 84, 88 In other examples it is convenient to use the possibility to shorten or to lengthen some of the arms 84, -t°_, which is showed on the version with ending pulley 89 on the second arm 88, which enables its shortening
The industπal applicability
The device according to the invention can be industrially produces for sport training or for recreation
