Description

DESCRIPTION
[TITLE DF INVENTION]
A domestic combined sauna and bathroom
[TECHNICAL FIELD]
The present invention is on the constituent that the structure of bathroom installed to a home is modified to the the structure suitable to a combined sauna and bathroom. In detail, it is on a domestic combined sauna and bathroom which can be used as a normal bathroom and a domestic sauna also in necessity by constituting to be effectively radiated the heat from heat circulating pipe by installing heat circulating pipe to inner wall and bottom of the bathroom.
[BACKGROUND ART]
As seen in Korean utility model 95-3054 or Korean patent 92-11456, since usual domestic sauna is manufactured as independent goods of booth type, a separate space for installing is needed and inner space can not be effectively utilized after installing. On the other hand, in normal domestic bathroom, since heating equipment is generally not installed separately, coolness is feeled in every time of initial use.
[DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION]
The present invention is to be designed for maximizing the space utilization by cutting down the cost for installing sauna in a home and reducing greatly the installing space and simultaneously by using it as a simple shower bath or bathroom in the case of not using sauna by constituting bathroom and saunaroom in one piece.
Hereinafter, the constitution and effect of The present invention is in detail explained by an accompanying drawing as follows.
FIG. 1 which shows the constitution of The present invention has such characteristics that inner wall 1, bottom 2 and ceiling 3 are covered with insulator 4, heat circulating pipe 5 is installed over the insulating layer of bottom 2 and inner wall and then is connected to a boiler, ceramic powder 6 is filled and solidified from the bottom, tile 7 is attached and finished on the upper layer, ceramic powders 6a are filled in the space between heat circulating pipe and glass wall by installing glass wall 8 at the outside of heat circulating pipe of inner wall, and a finishing material for ceiling is used over insulator 4 of upper ceiling.
In the inside of bathroom installed as like the above, annexed equipments for bathroom such as bath tub 15, washstand 16 and toilet 17 are installed.
In FIG. 2 which is a magnifying drawing of a part of wall, heat circiilating pipe 5 is to circulate a heating water heated by boiler into the inside of the pipe by installing compactly to wall and bottom, and insulator is to prevent the heat of heat circulating pipe from losing to outside of concrete wall, which can be double structure in order to raise the insulating effect
Ceramic powders which enclose heat circulating pipe make the heat keep for a long time from heat circulating pipe and have a shower effect of original infrared rays by radiating original infrared rays peculiar to ceramic powder. So, in the temperature lower than that of normal sauna, sufficient sweat is come out so that useful effect to health is displayed and glass wall make original infrared rays radiate easily.
Glass wall is fixed to wall by each combining device 9.
FIG. 3 shows the sectioning structure of bottom part and FIG. 4 shows the structure of ceiling part.
FIG. 5 shows an example that the space between heat circulating pipes filled with ceramic powders of wall 1 is intermittently filled by empty bottles 10 and FIG. 6 shows an example that the space between heat circulating pipes filled with ceramic powders 6 of bottom is filled by empty bottles. The above-mentioned example shows the effect for economizing high-price ceramic powders, for easing the radiation of heat by forming the space between heat circulating pipes and for economizing the resources by reutilizing empty bottles.
FIG. 7 to FIG. 9 show an example that ceramic panel 66 is constructed adherently to the outside of heat cir ilating pipe 5 of inner wall to replace glass wall 8 and ceramic powder 6a from the constitution of wall in the above-mentioned constitution.
The above-mentioned ceramic panel is the structure which solidifies the mixture of cohesive agents and ceramic paste 66b by using panel 66a which is the same material as plywood as a heartwood as shown in FIG. 8 or can use ceramic panel having the structure which solidifies the mixture of cohesive agent and ceramic paste 66b to the oneside of glass 66c as shown in FIG. 9. In these cases, the side covered with ceramic is installed toward inside.
The constitution annexed ceramic panel by replacing what filled with ceramic powder as like this prevents ceramic powder suspension penetrated by penetrating water into the layer of ceramic powder glowing out in using and makes the construction easy. Especially, in the case of using glass panel, since it becomes like a mirror by ceramic covered to back side of glass, there is a decorating effect that wall is consisted of mirror.
