Abstract

Cette invention concerne un matériau constitué d'un mélange et se présentant sous la forme de nodules métallisés, lequel matériau sert de carburant solide et possède la composition chimique suivante en % en poids: Fer (Fe) (total): 91,40; carbone (C): 1,69; oxyde de calcium (CaO): 1,60; silice (SiO2): 4,00; oxyde d'aluminium (Al2O3): 0,28; oxyde de magnésium (MgO): 0,26; oxyde de manganèse (MnO): 0,035; additifs: pourcentage restant. Lors de la combustion de ces nodules métallisés, il est possible d'obtenir des températures allant de quelques centaines de degrés à plusieurs milliers de degrés. Lorsque l'on ajoute de l'oxygène gazeux, la température de combustion s'élève jusqu'à 4000 °C. Après la combustion des nodules métallisés, on assiste à la formation d'un minerai oxydé. Ce carburant solide se présentant sous la forme de nodules métallisés possède de grandes qualités de génération de chaleur, d'économie et de propreté sur le plan écologique, et permet également de réduire la production de déchets dans un processus industriel lors de son utilisation.
