Abstract

In order to make it more difficult to forge single-layer paper products printed on with toner by a laser printer, the invention proposes that a thin, uniform coating of a primer compound is applied to at least parts of one side, the primer compound including a thermoplastic material which, at elevated temperatures, forms a join which cannot be separated by mechanical means between the toner, which is sintered at the elevated temperature used, and the paper.
