Abstract

Consiste en un vaso flexible, preferentemente de cartón encerado o plastificado, que se encuentra aplanado mediante líneas de doblez plegado mediante otras líneas de doblez y encerado en un envoltorio hermético; ocupando así un espacio mínimo. El vaso se constituye mediante una pieza determinante del fondo, unida a otra pieza determinante de su superficie lateral, presentando esta última su borde libre replegado. Opcionalmente y con anterioridad a su introducción en el envoltorio, el vaso puede impregnarse con un elixir o similar para optimizar su utilización como elemento de higiene bucal.

Description

VASO PLEGABLE, DESECHABLE OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención, tal y como se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, se refiere a un vaso plegable y desechable, cuya finalidad consiste en proporcionar un vaso de un solo uso, con altas condiciones de higiene y que ocupe un espacio mínimo, para ser fácil¬ mente transportable, incluso en un bolsillo de la vestimen¬ ta. Otras finalidades adicionales son que el vaso presente una buena resistencia e impermeabilidad en el uso y que su fabricación presente un bajo coste económico. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN Son conocidos los vasos de plástico desechᬠbles que suelen verterse en bolsas de varias unidades . Estos vasos presentan principalmente dos inconvenientes que son la gran ocupación de espacio que origina su transporte, y la facilidad con que se rompen incluso antes de ser usados. También se conocen unos vasos no desechables que se pliegan telescópicamente ocupando un menor volumen que un vaso convencional. Estos vasos presentan los inconvenientes de que son caros, de que el volumen ocupado sigue siendo relativamente grande y de que los líquidos que en ellos se vierten suelen gotear debido a su constitución mediante anillos concéntricos.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Para lograr los objetivos y evitar los inconvenientes indicados en anteriores apartados, la invención consiste en un vaso plegable, desechable, constituido por piezas de cartoncillo encerado o plastifi- cado, preferentemente una pieza para el fondo y una pieza para la superficie lateral del vaso, uniéndose ambas convenientemente mediante pegado o termosellado, de manera que constituyen un volumen aproximadamente troncocónico, hueco y abierto por su base mayor.
Debido a la naturaleza flexible del cartonci¬ llo, el vaso puede plegarse convenientemente hasta quedar completamente plano, tras lo cual puede plegarse aun más y en zig zag, para que ocupe un espacio mínimo.
Una vez convenientemente plegado el vaso mediante las correspondientes líneas de doblez, se introdu¬ cirá en un envoltorio plástico, preferentemente termosella- do para garantizar las condiciones de higiene. Antes de plegar e introducir el vaso en dicho envoltorio puede impregnarse con algún elixir para que resulte un elemento de utilidad en la higiene bucal realizada con ayuda de uno de estos vasos.
Para utilizar el vaso de la invención, basta con retirar el envoltorio plástico y desplegar conveniente¬ mente el vaso, con lo que quedará dispuesto para retener cualquier tipo de líquido. Debido al encerado o plastifica- do del cartoncillo que constituye al vaso, éste presenta una gran impermeabilidad frente a los líquidos que en él se depositen.
Una vez utilizado el vaso podrá arrojarse a una papelera o lugar adecuado debido a su bajo precio, aunque si se desea puede conservarse para posteriores usos que no requieran unas altas condiciones de higiene. El presente vaso plegable y desechable cuenta con las ventajas de que ocupa muy poco espacio, y garantiza unas condiciones de higiene en su utilización, es fácilmen¬ te transportable, es prácticamente irrompible, presenta una gran impermeabilidad y su coste es muy reducido. Todo ello le hace muy adecuado para su utilización en excursiones, clínicas, servicios públicos, etc.
A continuación, para facilitar una mejor comprensión de esta memoria descriptiva y formando parte integrante de la misma, se acompañan unas figuras en las que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha repre- sentado el objeto de la invención.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS Figura 1.- Representa una vista frontal del vaso plegable y desechable de la invención, encontrándose éste plegado y en el interior de su envoltorio.
Figura 2.- Representa una vista en perspectiva del vaso plegable y desechable de la invención, habiéndose extraído éste de su envoltorio y encontrándose a medio desplegar. Figura 3.- Representa una vista en perspectiva de un vaso plegable y desechable según la invención, encontrándose éste fuera de su envoltorio, totalmente desplegado y dispuesto para su uso.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE UN EJEMPLO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN Seguidamente se realiza una descripción de un ejemplo de la invención, haciendo referencia a la numera¬ ción adoptada en las figuras.
Así, el vaso plegable y desechable de este ejemplo de realización cuenta con una pieza que constituye su superficie lateral 1 y con otra pieza que constituye su fondo 2 ambas piezas 1 y 2 son de cartoncillo encerado o plastificado y están unidas mediante pegado o termosellado.
La pieza constituyente de la superficie lateral 1 del vaso puede incluir un repliegue 3 en su extremo para dar una mayor consistencia al borde del vaso.
El vaso así constituido y debido a su flexibi¬ lidad y resistencia puede aplastarse hasta estar completa¬ mente plano mediante las correspondientes líneas de doblez 4. Una vez que el vaso está aplanado puede plegarse en zig zag mediante otras líneas de doblez 5 para que el espacio que ocupe sea mínimo.
En estas condiciones de plegado, el vaso se introduce en una envoltura 6 preferentemente de plástico transparente y con sus extremos 7 sellados para asegurar las condiciones de higiene.
Antes de introducir el vaso en la envoltura 6 puede impregnarse con algún tipo de elixir o producto químico para que presente mayor utilidad en su empleo como ayuda a la higiene bucal.
La utilización del vaso así constituido es sumamente sencilla, ya que lo único que hay que hacer es romper la envoltura 6 , extraer el vaso y desplegarle adecuadamente, con lo que queda dispuesto para verter en él el líquido o producto que se desee.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES 1.- VASO PLEGABLE, DESECHABLE, del tipo de productos previstos para u solo uso, aumentando así las condiciones higiénicas de dicho producto; caracterizado porque cuenta con una pieza constituyente del fondo (2) del vaso unida a otra pieza constituyente de la superficie lateral (1) del mismo, presentando esta última su borde libre (3) replegado, y siendo ambas piezas flexibles, preferentemente de cartón encerado o plastificado; en- contrándose el vaso así constituido aplanado mediante líneas de doblez (4) y plegado seguidamente mediante otras líneas de doblez (5); con la particularidad de que el vaso aplanado y plegado se encuentra introducido en un envolto¬ rio (6) preferentemente de plástico transparente y con sus extremos (7) cerrados herméticamente; habiéndose previsto que previamente a la introducción del vaso en el envoltorio (6) se le aplique un elixir o producto que optimice su utilización como elemento de higiene bucal.
