Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage de sections de canalisations à l'aide d'un dispositif, respectivement lors de la réparation de dommages dus, par exemple, à la corrosion, sur une section de pipeline (1') connu en soi, qui consiste à utiliser deux tubulures de raccordement (3', 3') définissant ensemble une section circulaire. Chaque tubulure de raccordement (3', 3') présente un rayon quelque peu supérieur à celui de la section ou des sections de canalisation de sorte qu'un anneau destiné à recevoir une matière d'étanchéité (10) soit formé entre les tubulures de raccordement et la ou les sections de canalisation. Pour d'assurer l'ancrage et le centrage de la tubulure de raccordement (3', 3') par rapport à la ou auxdites sections de canalisation (1') à entourer, lesdites tubulures de raccordement (3', 3') présentent des alésages filetés orientés radialement destinés à des vis sans tête (9) ou à un moyen d'écartement et d'ancrage combiné similaire, tels que des vis présentant une extrémité pointue libre conçue pour s'enfoncer dans la couche de matériau superficielle de la canalisation entourée par ladite tubulure de raccordement. Le dispositif de tubulure de raccordement présente, à ses deux extrémités, une étanchéité par rapport à ladite ou auxdites sections de conduite (1'), les faces de contact (4a', 4a') des deux tubulures étant rectifiées en surface.
