Abstract

The present invention concerns a waste water purification plant which, whilst having high throughputs of waste water, ensures increased degradation of the substances present in the waste water. By virtue of a pipe system according to the invention with a turbulence arrangement (3, 5) and a reactor (8) accommodating a pipe coil system (6), the entire plant can be constructed such that its geometric dimensions are comparatively compact. If the pipe volume is sufficiently large, it is possible to dispense with the activation tank (22).
