- a mounting system of the kind defined introductorily comprises clamps for non-displaceable fixing on pipes in the neighbourhood of a pipe end/welding groove, and intermediate, preferably flexible members (wires, chains or the like) possessing tensile strength and being attachable to the clamps as well as being tightable, especially in the axial direction of the pipe/pipes and/or of the fitting/fittings.

- these members possessing tensile strength may be assigned similar, preferably flexible lateral pieces extending between two parallel, longitudinal members. Then, these lateral pieces can bring the longitudinal members to follow an angled course along said tube bend, L- or T-piece.
- Each clamp comprises two interhinged parts shaped to surround a pipe and the free ends thereof are connected by means of a tightening or locking means, preferably in the form of a screw bolt.
- the clamps are formed with means for connection to adjustable members possessing tensile strength and for tightening the same, e.g. connecting chains.
- the clamps are provided with a set of centering screws for adjusting divergence of ovality between external diameter and the welding groove at pipes and fittings, og may be provided with a set of adjusting screws serving to lock welding groove spacing upon correct width.
- the mounting system according to the invention is well suitable for expansion works adapted to large and comprehensive pipe or tube systems.
- the mounting system makes it possible to compensate for ovality divergence between external diameter and the welding groove at pipes and pipe components, as well as - through the adjustable connecting chains or the like - to exert a sufficient axial load at the joining places between the then unwelded pipes and fittings, in order to keep the built up (unwelded) pipe system securely and stably together while the rest of the mounting work and the subsequent welding takes place.

- the hinge 3 and its pins 4, 4' are formed with an axial slackness and movability, so that an axial load in connection with the tightening of the chains 14 by means of the adjusting bolts 13 and associated tightening nuts 15, increases the radial pressure exerted by the clamp 2,2* on the pipe la. This occurs in that the two clamp parts 2, 2 1 rotate in axial direction, indicated with the angles ⁇ in figure 3, and bite themselves firmly into the outer mantle face of the pipe la at the portions thereof positioned away from the hinge 3,4,4'.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de présentation de tubes (1a, 1b, 1e, 1f, 1g, 1h, 1I, 1j) et/ou d'accessoires (1c, 1d) à réunir par soudure lors d'une opération ultérieure. L'invention a pour objet de fournir un dispositif de montage garantissant une présentation mécaniquement fiable entre des tubes et/ou des accessoires faisant partie d'une tuyauterie. En l'occurrence, le dispositif de présentation reste assemblé pendant les opérations de soudage qui peuvent ainsi s'exécuter en série. A cette fin, la particularité du dispositif de présentation est de comporter d'une part des pinces (2, 2') de conception et de forme leur permettant de se fixer sur les tubes et/ou accessoires à intégrer à la tuyauterie, ces pinces étant chacune situées à proximité d'une (demi-) rainure de soudage (10), et d'autre part des éléments intermédiaires et flexibles (14) présentant une résistance à la traction, tels que notamment des chaînes ou des filins, et réunissant les pinces (2, 2') fixées sur les différents tubes ou accessoires adjacents, la tension desdits éléments flexibles (14) présentant une résistance à la traction pouvant être reprise après montage.
