In order to achieve a balanced diet, it is known to divide the food into food groups. According to the German Society for Nutrition, the following food groups are planned:

3. Bread, potatoes (carbohydrates);

4. fats, oils; 5. Vegetables ;

6. Fruit;

7. Drinks (or, for example, "extras" for other foods that are not absolutely necessary for nutrition.

In order to ensure the balance, it is recommended to consume a certain amount of each food group, depending on the calorie requirement or diet, which is divided into individual components. For example, a particular nutritional plan can include four building blocks milk / cheese; Provide eight blocks of bread / potatoes and three blocks of meat / fish. A food table shows the quantity that corresponds to a certain component. For example, a milk / cheese block is contained in 150 ml milk or 50 g curd cheese or 20 g cheese (40%).

It has been shown that a short-term diet is possible using this system. The disadvantage here, however, is that constant weighing and arithmetic is required, and thus adhering to the diet plan requires a great deal of effort.

Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to propose a device with which an easy detection and display, in particular of quantities consumed, of different food groups or other tasks or activities is possible, in order to thereby ensure compliance with the prescribed nutrition.

To solve this problem, a device with the features of claim 1 is proposed. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are listed in the subclaims.

In the device according to the invention for recording and displaying, in particular, consumption quantities of various types A food table is provided for food groups, in particular for supporting a diet plan, which is provided with quantity markings for the food groups. Depending on the amount consumed, the marking elements are then delivered to the raster imprints on the nutrition table. Thus, it is easy for the user to see the amounts consumed by the individual food groups. Even if the permissible consumption amount of a certain food group was exceeded on individual days, compliance with the permitted consumption amount per week is ensured by the fact that a smaller amount of this food group is consumed on the following days.

However, the device according to the invention is not only suitable for recording and displaying consumption quantities of different food groups, but also for example for recording and displaying other tasks or activities. In particular, the device according to the invention can also be used to display and carry out sporting activities or, in general, physical fitness training.

For example, a certain amount of physical exercise per month is proposed by the German Sports Association or the health insurance companies. This can be divided, for example, into endurance training, strength training, stretching, gymnastics etc. In this case, a certain unit of time could mean a certain activity by means of the marking elements provided according to the invention, for example walking x-km or swimming x-km or x-km cycling etc.

Here, too, a graphic is used, not in the form of a nutritional chart, but in the form of a task or activity table, which visualizes a corresponding activity or task. As with the nutritional table, the user would be given the choice of what point, i.e. so what activity or task he wants to perform. The advantage here is again that, depending on the age and fitness, different panels can be inserted into the device.

In order to make the application even easier, it is proposed that the marking elements of different food groups be of different colors. Alternatively or additionally, the marking elements can have different shapes or sizes. In an advantageous embodiment, the holding device has a base plate which is provided with two opposite side cheeks on which receiving slots are provided for the nutritional table. This makes it easy to exchange the respective nutrition table.

In a further embodiment, parallel wire is provided between the side cheeks, on which the marking elements are adjustably guided. For example, the marking elements can be provided with bores through which the wires are guided. Such a device is then designed similarly to a known computing board.

In order to facilitate the manual exchange of the nutrition tables, the base plate can have a recess on its upper edge for gripping the nutrition table. For example, a semicircular recess can be provided in the central area of the base plate.

In a further embodiment it is provided that the receiving slots have a curvature in the end region for fixing the inserted nutrition table.

In an advantageous embodiment, the device is designed as a fold-out pocket case, a folded food table being pivotably arranged on the lower edge of the holding device and covering the holding device in the closed state. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the nutrition table 14 has raster imprints 15a, 15b, 15c which correspond to different food groups. First, depending on the respective needs, the corresponding food table 22 and the nutritional table 14 are introduced into the receiving slots provided on the side cheeks 12, 13. In the inserted state, the nutrition table 14 is then arranged above the food table 22.

With the help of the food table 12 and the quantity markings 26, 28 provided thereon, the present consumption quantity or the number of marking elements 21a, 21b of the respective food group can easily be determined.

For example, if 150g of meat is consumed, it can be seen from group section 23b that 50g of meat correspond to a marking element 21b. Accordingly, three marking elements 21b must be delivered to the respective rasters 19 of the raster imprint 15b.

In a corresponding manner, the marking elements 21a, 21b are delivered to the grids 19 when eating food from other food groups.

The marking elements 21a, 21b delivered to the raster imprints 15a, 15b, 15c thus make it easier to record and display the food consumed. Above all, an exact adherence to that according to the nutrition table 14 prescribed nutritional values possible within a week.
