Abstract
Un boîtier de filtre se présentant sous la forme d'un ensemble filtre pour concentrateur centrifuge (3) est dimensionné de manière à se loger entièrement dans un tube de centrifugeuse classique (2) lorsqu'il est obturé avec un bouchon (4) pour créer un concentrateur centrifuge en circuit fermé permettant de concentrer une solution sans engendrer de contamination externe de l'aérosol ou du fluide. Selon un aspect principal de l'invention, le boîtier de filtre (3) comprend deux parties appariées (5, 6) qui retiennent un élément filtrant (7) entre leurs sections conformées situées en regard. Des sections conformées de paroi terminale des deux parties de boîtier (5, 6) coopèrent pour définir un canal capillaire (16) dans lequel un adhésif ou un matériau d'étanchéité coulant aqueux en polymère de cyanoacrylate peut être introduit à partir du rebord (12A) par l'ouverture (12). Cet adhésif va couler autour du canal (16) par action capillaire afin de former un bourrelet d'étanchéité (19) entre l'élément filtrant (7) et les deux parties (5, 6). L'aspect principal de l'invention s'applique généralement à des boîtiers de filtre en deux parties. Avantageusement et selon d'autres aspects de l'invention, une première des deux parties est constituée par un tube de filtre généralement cylindrique (5) qui est monté avec un ajustement avec jeu ou un ajustement glissant dans le tube de centrifugeuse (2) et qui forme un réservoir de filtre entre une extrémité ouverte du tube de filtre et l'élément filtrant se présentant sous forme d'une membrane filtrante perméable (7) disposée sur une ouverture au niveau ou à proximité de l'autre extrémité du tube, et la deuxième partie de boîtier est constituée par un élément d'espacement allongé (6) partant du tube de filtre, à l'opposé du réservoir, et venant buter en service contre une partie terminale fermée du tube de centrifugeuse (2) pour espacer la membrane filtrante (7) de ce dernier et définir un récipient collecteur de filtrat d'un volume prédéterminé, à l'extrémité fermée du tube de centrifugeuse (2).
