Abstract

A baby's safety chair comprising: a backrest member (12), seat tube member (13) and side plate member (14), incorporates a baby chair body formed of air tubes which have air injection means, respectively; the tilt angle control means (17) are installed on the sideplate member (14) which is formed on both side between the backrest member (12) and seat tube member (13); the coupling holes (18) and belts (19) are disposed on both sides of backrest member (12), with up and downward; and a 'T' shaped hold member (16) having a wearing clip (110), is mounted on the seat tube member (13).

Description

BABY'S SAFETY CHAIR
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention relates to baby's chair,and particularly, to an improved baby's safety chair using in automobile to protect a baby from a car accident.
BACKGROUND ART
Several patents disclose baby car seat having restraint,safety system. These patents include: U.S.Pat.No.4,343,510:U.S.Pat.No.4,376,551:US.Pat.No.4,429, 916:U.S.Pat.4,186,961:U.S.Pat.No.4,662.683:U.S.Pat.No.4,85 4.639:German Offenlegungsschrift No.26 23 102:German Offenlegungsschrift No.2545915.
Korean Utility Model Reg. Application No. 90-21664(laid open pubication No.92-11058) shows such an air tube baby chair having a belt holds,seat belts and Magic tape,but it uses a seat belt of car itself to fasten the baby chair on the car seat,thus, the baby can not feel comfortable to the seat belts and fall in fear and stuffy, and the belt holds the chest and abdominal region of the baby, thus, the baby slid off from the seat to the floor, in case of a sudden stops of the car.
In known baby chair, the body frame of the baby chair are formed of a stiff plastics , thus, it can not easily fit to the car seat, and make a damage to the car seat, and is difficult to assemblyon the car seat and disassemble to store.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION It is an object of this invention to provide an improved baby safety chair which allows easy adjustment of the fit to the user and maintains such fit comfortable on the seat of automobile.

Another object of this invention is to provide improved high tech baby chair which carries a proper fit to the baby's bed in automobile or any place to go.
1° A baby's safety chair according to the present invention comprises;
a backrest member, seat tube member and side plate member, incorporates a baby chair body formed of air tubes **---' which have air injection means, respectively:
the tilt angle control1 means are installed on the siderest member which formed on both side between the backrest member and seat tube member; 20 the holes to secure and belts are disposed on the both side of backrest member, with up and downward; and
a "T" shaped hold member having a wearing clip, is 25 mounted on the seat tube member.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Referring now to the figures of the drawings, and in particular to Fig.1,
a backrest member 12, seat tube member 13 and side plate member 14, 14 are formed separatedly chambered tube and, incorporates a baby's safety chair body 11 formed of air tubes which havingair injection means, respectively; a tilt angle control1 means 17 are installed on the side plate member 14, 14 which formed on the both side of backrest member 12 and seat tube member 13: the belt coupling holes 18 and belts 19 are disposed on the sides of backrest member 12 with up and downward; and
a "T" shaped hold member 16 having a wearing clip 110, is mounted on the seat plate member 13 : and the reference numeral 136 is a cooling aperture and 137 is air inlet hole.
InFIG.3andFIG.4, theabove tilt anglecontrol1 means 17 of the backrest member 12 comprises; a folding fan shaped folding member 111, 112, are formed on contacting area of side plate members 14, 14 :
the strap holes 114 and opening 113 are formed on folding piece 112;
a strap 115 is inserted through the strapholes 114 and openings 113: and
a compressing type strap stopper 116.
In another preferred embodiment of this invention, the tilt angle control1 means 17 comprises:
the strap holds 117, 117 are provided on both side plate 14, 14 of backrest member 12 and seat tube member 13:
a strap 120 is provided with a fastner 118 and stopper 119 (in FIG.5).
The belt member 19 are provided with belt coupling holes 18 formed on the folding portion 121 of backrest member 12 and side member 14:
the seat belt 122 is provided with hold straps 124 covered with a soft fabrics 125, hold clip 123, and, stopper buckle 130 which secured with the hold member 16.
In FIG.6 and FIG.7, the " T " shaped holds member 16 formed of air tube which covered with a soft fabrics 126, is provided with a detachable arrangement of coupling means 127 fixed on the middle front portion of the seat plate member 13, stopper buckle 128 which jointed with coupling means 127 on the lower portion of hold member 16 : and stopper clip 129 are disposed on the front side of hold member 16 and stoppers 130 are disposed on the middle side of hold member, then, secured with the fastener 123 of seat belt 122.
FIG.9 illustrate a second preferred mode in accordance with the invention comprising:
a Magic(velcro) tape 131 are attached on the outer of both side plate member 14 of the seat tube member,
a flange 133 formed of air tube on upper portion of the support plate 132, and a fixing band 135 which attached with the Magic Tape 134, incorporated with both side of support plate 132, aremountedon theupperportionof sideplatemember 14 .
In use or operation, when driving a car with a baby, a backrest member 12, seat tube member 13 and side plate member 14, 14 is air injected by air inlet means respectively, and formed a air tubing chair. Then, the air tubing chair is located on a car seat and fixed with seat belt 122 which attached on both side of back surface of the body 11.
Then, a baby is placed on the body 11 and seat plate member, the hold member 16 is positioned between the baby's legs, then seat belt and straps are inserting jointed with a belt clips 110 so as to protect the baby in an accidental stop or rear impact to the car.
While, during the timeof laydown the babyon the floor or outdoor, the tilt angle control1 mean 17 is taken a maximum distance and the backrest member 12 is straighten backward to the ground, then hold member 16 is detached to make a mattress for sleeping on and/or using as a cushion or the hold member is used as a child's plaything.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
This baby's safety chair may be used as a safety car seat to prevent injury to a child.. Further it can be used as an air mattress or bed, floating safety cushion or baby's plaything.

Claims

1. A baby's safety chair comprising:
a backrest member, seat tube member and side plate member, incorporates a baby chair body formed of air tubes which have air injection means, respectively;
the tilt angle control1 means are installed on the siderest member which formed on both side between the backrest member and seat tube member:
thecouplingholes andbeltsare disposedon thebothside of backrest member, with up and downward; and
a " T shaped hold member having a wearing clip, is mounted on the seat tube member.

A baby's safety chair according to claim 1, wherein, the tilt angle control1 means of the backrest member includes a folding fan shaped folding member, are formed on contacting area of side plate members, the strap holes and opening are formed on folding piece, a strap is inserted through the strap holes and openings and a compressing type strap stopper.
3. A baby's safety chair according to claim 1, wherein, the tilt angle control1 means of the backrest member includes the strap holds are provided on both side plate of backrest member and seat tube member, a strap is provided with a fastner and buckle stopper.

A baby's safety chair according to claim 1, wherein, the belt member 19 are provided with belt coupling holes formed on the folding portion of backrest member and side member,and the seat belt is provided with hold straps covered with a soft fabrics, hold clip, stopper buckle which secured with the hold member.
5. A baby's safety chair according to claim 1, wherein, the " T " shaped holds member formed of air tube which covered with a soft fabrics, is provided with a detachable design of coupling means fixed on the middle front portion of the seat plate member, stopper buckle which jointed with coupling means on the lower portion of hold member and stopper clip are disposed on the front side of hold member and stoppers are disposed on the middle side of hold member, then, secured with the fastener of seat belt.
6. A baby's safety chair according to claim 1, wherein,a Magic(velcro) tape areattachedon the outerof both side plate member of the seat tube member,
7.A baby's safety chair according to claim 1, wherein, a flange formed of air tube on upper portion of the support plate and a fixing band which attached with the Magic Tape, incorporated with both side of support plate, are mounted on the upper portion of side plate member.
