技术领域
本发明涉及建筑用的可升降脚手架,尤其是涉 及用于高层建筑的 可升降的外墙脚手架。
背景技术
在高层建筑施工中, 悬空脚手架已得到越来越广泛的应用。 在已 知技术中, 大部分可升降的脚手架均由多个可独立升降的单无組合而 成, 且其中不少由人工橾作控制升降,脚手架缺乏足够的整体性和稳 定性, 操作也不方便。 中国专利《整体提升脚手架》(专利号 88216513. 5 ) 提供了一种可以整 体提升的脚手架,使拆装脚手架的操作簡化了 件多,施工人员在施工时也有了安全感,但该项专利所使用的提升机具 是升板机,它提升速度慢,机具体积大、重量大,不便于拆卸和安装,控 制自动化程度也不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以灵活組合, 分片升降的可升降外墙 脚升架,该脚手架的整体性强、安全感好;操作方便、自动化程度高。
本发明以如下方式实现其目的: 脚手架座落在多组升降机构的承 重托架上, 各承重托架经至少一个附墙拉杆与建筑物的外墙可拆卸地 连接; 承重支架经附墙拉杆与外墙可拆卸地连接;多組升降机构安装 在所述承重支架上, 用以移动所述承重托架;所述承重托架和所述承 重支架分别通过固定装置可拆卸地固定于建筑物的外墙上;所述升降 机构为电动葫芦。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面请参看附图。脚手架 2的下部有承重桁架 1。沿脚手架的橫断 面较均匀地分布着多組升降机构。 脚手架的承重桁茱 1部分座落在各 組升降机构的承重托架 7上,承重托架 7通过螺栓 11、脚架 12.和固定 螺检 22可拆卸地固定在建筑物外墙的某个位置上, 并可由附墙拉杆 8 及固定螺栓 9给承重托架以辅助支撑。 承重支架 17'靠固定螺栓 23可 拆卸地固定在建筑物的外墙丄, 诸如电动葫芦的升降机构 15吊挂在 其上。 另外,承重支架还可通过附墙拉杆 10和固定螺拴 18与建筑物 的外墙可拆卸地固定连接。 在承重支架 还设有可与安装在外墙上的 竖直的导管 16滑动连接的滑扣件 13。 导向轮 6用于使脚手架能沿建 筑物的外墙垂直升降。 在承重支架 17和承重托架 7之间吊挂有一保 护钢绳 14。
本发明的脚手架可用普通的脚手架材料如钢管、型钢和扣件卡头 搭接。 为施工方便,可搭设四层楼高,架上有脚手板 3、栏杆 4、安全网 5。 整个脚手架围绕建筑物 19搭设,根据建筑需要确定所需升降机构 的組数。脚手架的最高层应如图 1所示高出已施工完毕的建筑主体墙 一层楼以上。 当新楼层 20 工完成后,脚手架应提升 1一 2层高度。
当提升脚手架 2时, 先同时松开各组升降机构的固定螺栓 23、18, 采用诸如小型手动葫芦的适宜装置将承重支架 17连同电动葫 15等 一起向上提升 1— 2层, 然后将承重支架 17再固定 '在外墙上,并用附 墙拉杆 10给以辅助固定,此后让电动葫芦 15挂住承重托架 7,再松开 固定螺栓 22、9,启动各組升降机构的电动葫芦 15提 承重托架 7 ,脚 手架 2即随之提升。 一且脚手架到位后,就利用建筑物外墙上的予留 孔重新固定承重托架 7,并可由附墙拉杆 8给予辅助固定。 .
当下降脚手架 2时,先松开固定螺检 22、 9,再启动电动葫芦 15降 下承重托架 7, 脚手架 2随之下降,^承重托架 7重新固定后再将承重 支架 17及电动葫芦 15降下 1一 2层楼,然后将承重支架 17重新固定 在外墙上, 并用附墙拉杆 10给以辅助固定,待下一次降脚手架 2时使 用。在操作过程中施工人员.可站在操作台 21上操作。对各組升降机构 的电动葫芦实行程序同步控制,使各组升降机构升降同步,从而使整个 脚手架的升降平稳,加大了施工人员的安全感。
工业应用性
经施工实践应用" ^明, 采用本发明的可升降的外墙脚手架进行高 层建筑施工,可以以较快的速度平稳地整体提升或下降,给施工人员以 很大的安全感,而且操作方便,工作可靠,对实现高质量、高速度、高效 益能起到十分显著的作用,是一种比较理想的高层建筑用外墙脚手架。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种可升降的外墙脚手架, 包括脚手架(2)、 手板(3)、栏杆 (4)、安全网(5)、导向轮(6),其特征是:
①脚手架 (2)座落在多組升降机构的承重托架(7)上,所述的各承 重托架(7)经至少一个附墙拉杆(8)可拆卸地与建筑物的外墙相连;
②各組的承重支架(17)由附墙拉杆(10)可拆卸地固定在外墙上, 并且在所述的各組承重支架( 17)上装有一组升降机构,用以提升并降 下所述承重托架(7) ;
③所述承重托架( 7) 和所述承重支架(17)分别通过固定装置 (22)、(23)可拆卸地固定于建筑物的外墙上;
④所述升降机枸为电动葫芦(15)。
