Abstract

L'invention concerne une seringue hypodermique de sécurité (10) comprenant: un cylindre allongé (11) définissant une chambre (13) destinée à contenir un médicament injectable ou similaire entre une extrémité avant (14) et une extrémité arrière (15) de celui-ci; un piston (12) doté d'une tige allongée (22) à l'arrière et pouvant coulisser longitudinalement dans ladite chambre cylindrique (13); un ensemble aiguille (34) portant une aiguille à l'extrémité avant de la chambre cylindriques (13), qui peut être verrouillé dans sa position avancée ou déverrouillé par l'opérateur; le piston (12) pouvant se déplacer vers l'avant avec l'ensemble aiguille (34) verrouillé dans ladite position avant, pour injecter le médicament de la chambre (13) par un passage (20) à fluide traversant l'aiguille (16) et l'ensemble aiguille (34), les composants étant réalisés et disposés pour que, après le mouvement d'injection vers l'avant du plongeur (12) avec l'ensemble aiguille (34) verrouillé dans ladite position avant (1), l'ensemble aiguille (34) puisse être déverrouillé par l'opérateur, (2) le passage (20) à fluide traversant l'ensemble aiguille et l'aiguille pour aboutir dans la chambre cylindrique (13) puisse être fermé hermétiquement par l'opérateur, et (3) lorsque l'ensemble aiguille (34) a été déverrouillé et ledit passage (20) à fluide fermé hermétiquement, le retrait subséquent du piston (12) provoque le retrait de l'ensemble aiguille (34) par aspiration dans la chambre cylindrique (13), à mesure que le piston est tiré en arrière.
