Abstract

La tête de découpage thermique comprend une buse extérieure (1), une buse intérieure (2) montée dans cette dernière de manière à laisser un espace (3), et dotée d'un passage longitudinal (4), des éléments d'alimentation (5, 6, 7) destinés à acheminer l'oxygène de découpage dans ledit passage (4) ainsi que du combustible et de l'oxygène de préchauffage dans l'espace (2), ainsi qu'un organe (8) destiné à atomiser et à mélanger le combustible. L'organe (8) se présente sous la forme d'un élément poreux situé à l'intérieur de l'espace (2), des arêtes (17) sont ménagées entre l'organe poreux (8) et les éléments (6, 7) d'alimentation en combustible et en oxygène de préchauffage sur la surface extérieure (13) de la buse intérieure, et elles occupent l'espace radial (2), la surface intérieure (12) de la buse extérieure (1) étant dotée de gorges (18) en vis à vis des arêtes (17). Les génératrices longitudinales des arêtes (17) et des gorges (18) s'entrecoupent en un angle, tandis que la partie de sortie (9) de la buse extérieure (1) dépasse de la partie de sortie (10) de la buse intérieure (3).
