Abstract

Dispositif (2) de pesage en continu, agencé de préférence en combinaison avec une roue tournante (4) pour un transporteur circulaire pourvu de menottes ou fourches de suspension (8) pour rôtissoires ou parties de rôtissoires, ou comprenant des récipients de pesage. Le dispositif (2) comprend un certain nombre d'organes de levage (18), qui sont conçus pour soulever et supporter librement des menottes ou fourches de suspension (8) ou des récipients de pesage, ainsi que les rôtissoires, parties de rôtissoires ou organes de pesage qui leur sont suspendus le long d'une section partielle située de préférence autour de la roue tournante (4), ces organes agissant de concert avec un élément électronique de pesage. Chacun des organes de levage (18) comprend un élément électronique de pesage (24), relié de manière appropriée à un équipement de pesage et d'enregistrement qui lui correspond.
