  • the dispensing device described by this not prior published document comprises a removable cartridge and a housing which is provided with a dosing chamber coupled to an adjustable pump, whereby the size and shape of the cartridge are such that a pouch containing the liquid detergent product can be fixed into it and that the cartridge with pouch can be tightly fixed into the housing so as to ensure an open but non-leaking connection between the detergent product in the pouch and the dosing chamber. It was found that the configuration of this dispenser device could be simplified by applying a rigid but collap- sible container instead of a cartridge in combination with a pouch and that the above-mentioned objects could also be achieved with said simplified dispenser device.

  • the volume of the dosing chamber is preferably adjustable in gradations of 5 ml.
  • the dispensing device according to the invention contains a rack and pinion system which is connected to the piston pump on one side and to a manually operable handle on the other side, in order to be able to manually dose the above- mentioned preferred range of dosing volumes.

Also the adjus ⁇ table stop element (8) which cooperates with the rod (9) carrying the piston is indicated and it is shown that the stroke of the piston can be adjusted by manually turning this stop element. The adjusted amount of detergent is shown on the front side of the housing of the device by indicator (10) .

Abstract

L'invention concerne un distributeur rechargeable d'un produit détergent liquide, comprenant un récipient rigide (1) mais démontable rempli dudit produit détergent, et comprenant également un logement doté d'une chambre de dosage (6) couplée à une pompe (7), laquelle est actionnée manuellement à l'aide d'un système à crémaillère (12) dont la course peut être ajustée, de manière que la taille et la forme du récipient sont telles qu'il peut être fixé étroitement dans le logement, afin d'assurer une connexion ouverte et sans fuite entre le produit détergent se trouvant dans le récipient et la chambre de dosage, à l'aide d'une buse de sortie (5) dudit récipient. Le distributeur est particulièrement utile pour doser avec précision des produits détergents liquides concentrés destinés au nettoyage de surfaces dures, par exemple dans un excédent d'eau.
