Abstract

The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing a homeopathic compound having the general formula RxCH and one or a plurality of carriers, used for the fabrication of medicaments intended to the treatment of diseases caused by metabolic errors and to the treatment of viral diseases. In the general formula RxCH, x is one of the possible decimal or centesimal Hahnemanian or Korsakowian dilutions and R is the chemical substance responsible for the metabolic anomaly or is the viral particle which are the cause of the disease. The activity of R is to re-establish a normal function of the pericellular conveyor systems pertubated with respect to itself or to cause the elimination of particles outside the cell. The diseases concerned by the invention are, as a non-limitative indication, genetic, auto-immune and viral diseases, and intoxications.

Description

HOMEOPATHIC COMPOSITIONS FOR THE TREATMENT OF VIRAL AND METABOLIC DISEASES

The present invention relates to a new therapeutic application of homeopathic remedies for the treatment of metabolic diseases and viral diseases with compounds known or not in the prior art and characterized by the general formula RxCH. 5 The metabolic diseases concerned by the invention are diseases characterized by intracellular accumulation or by intracellular deficiency in a chemical body of simple or complex formula, variable according to the case and designated here by R.

Homeopathic remedies are known to be defined by dilution and revitalization. In the prior art, the use of homeopathic remedies is based on the law of similarity, the principle of similarity, the principle of infinitimality and on pathogenesis.

20 - The law of similarity is as follows: "Any product which administered in high doses triggers certain disorders in healthy humans, becomes in very low doses, that is to say after homeopathic dilution, the remedy capable of cure these same disorders in sick men. " The law of similarity therefore consists in giving the patient an infinitesimal dose, that is to say in dilution

25 homeopathic substance which administered to a healthy subject causes in him symptoms similar to those of the patient. - The principle of similarity is as follows:

"Every sick organism has a set of symptoms that represents the disease.

30 Every substance develops its own symptoms in the organism which depend on the substance and the receptivity of the sensitive organism. The cure, objectified by the disappearance of the morbid symptoms can be obtained by prescription of a substance whose effects are similar to those of the disease observed ".

The therapeutic use of homeopathic remedies in the prior art therefore consists in eliminating in a sick individual a series of symptoms by the substance which may have provoked the same symptoms in a healthy subject, by administering this substance in homeopathic dilution.

- The principle of infinity is as follows:

For a substance to be able to cure the symptoms it produces in a healthy subject in a sick subject, it must be prescribed in small doses. In the prior art, the use of homeopathic remedies is based on the presence of a small dose of active product within the homeopathic dilution and this use consists in stimulating the reactions of the organism by means of these small doses.

- Thus, in the state of the prior art, to treat a patient suffering from cystic fibrosis and who coughs, a person skilled in the art has at his disposal more than 30 remedies serving to treat a cough, each being defined by its pathogenesis, that is to say by all the symptoms of cough that the substance contained in the remedy was able to determine in a previously healthy subject.

- Thus, to treat an autoimmune disease, in the state of the prior art, organotherapy is used:

- Organotherapy consists in administering homeopathic dilutions of the organ which is the seat of the autoimmune disease. According to the principle of infinitesimality, the small doses of organs contained in homeopathic dilutions are fixed on the circulating autoantibodies. The complex formed is eliminated by natural means and the abnormal antibodies are thus diverted from their target.

The invention relates to a second therapeutic use of homeopathic remedies which are no longer used according to the law of similarity, the principle of similarity, the principle of infinitimality and pathogenesis to make a sick subject disappear with a series of symptoms. serving at an infinitesimal dose of the same substance which could have caused the same series of symptoms in healthy subjects at a weight dose, but which are used, on the one hand, to cause an elimination of chemical bodies outside the cell and out of it. The invention uses a property of homeopathic dilutions known and experienced only in vitro: from the experiments of Lise WURMSER (since repeated by many authors), it has been observed that a product in homeopathic dilution causes elimination outside the body of the product by weight dose from which it had been prepared, the eliminated product being stored inside the cells; the term product here designating any chemical body. Lise WURMSER and her collaborators injected Arsenic to laboratory animals, then injected these guinea pigs with Arsenic in homeopathic dilution. Lise WURMSER has shown that under the influence of homeopathic dilutions of Arsenic, there was an increased elimination in the urine and in the stools of guinea pigs from the injected Arsenic. These experiments were subsequently taken up by many authors, notably with lead, Antimony and again with Arsenic.

Original clinical observations made by the author of the present invention demonstrated to him that this experimental elimination property could also be used during clinical prescriptions for homeopathic dilutions. The invention consists in having brought an original and new conclusion to the work of Lise WURMSER and this conclusion is as follows: that the homeopathic dilution of Arsenic exerted on the Arsenic stored inside the cells an electromagnetic attraction sufficiently strong to take it out of the cells, that the result of this attraction was the obtaining of an electromagnetically neutral compound which was then eliminated by the natural ways: urine and stool. According to the invention, this property of reverse electromagnetic attraction is formed during the manufacture of homeopathic remedies during the energization and the electromagnetic attraction is all the stronger when the dilution is higher and that consequently there has been more dynamizations. In the state of the prior art, the use of homeopathic remedies according to the law of similarity is based on the presence of a small dose of active product within the dilutions and it is the low dilutions which contain the most product. active and therefore most effective.

The direct applications of this second therapeutic use of homeopathic remedies and of this property of eliminating chemical bodies out of the cell and out of the organism relate to intoxications and viral diseases.

- For poisoning, the invention aims to use the toxic in homeopathic dilution in order to cause its elimination out of cells and out of the body. - For viral diseases due to the intracellular presence of a pathogenic virus or a fragment of pathogenic virus as is the case with cancers, the invention aims to use the virus or the fragment of virus in dilution homeopathic in order to cause the elimination from the cells and from the organism of this virus or this fragment of virus. For these two indications: poisoning and viral diseases, the dilutions used are preferably high in order to cause the strongest possible elimination.

Another field of the invention is to have found, by original clinical observations, that this elimination of intracellular elements outside the cell and outside the organism can influence the functioning of the pericellular transport systems in a lasting manner. The invention therefore consists in using this property of eliminating intracellular chemical bodies out of the cell and out of the organism under the influence of their homeopathic dilutions to restore normal functioning of the disturbed pericellular transport systems.

- In the prior art, diseases due to abnormal functioning of the pericellular transport systems are described as genetic. Among the operating anomalies of these transport systems, only the prior art anomalies of the ion channels are known in the prior art and among the ion channels only the Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Chlorine channels are known. The invention consists in having deduced from original clinical observations relating to the taking of homeopathic remedies, that the passage of chemical bodies from the outside to the inside of the cell and vice versa, are due to multiple pericellular transport systems and that these work according to the laws of osmosis by passing the chemical bodies from the most concentrated medium to the least concentrated medium. According to the present invention, ion channels are a special case of these systems for transporting chemical bodies. Until now, in the state of the prior art, we used to modify the functioning of ion channels and ion transport from outside to inside the cell of chemical substances by weight dose ( that is to say non-homeopathic), most often protein, which by fixing on certain receptor sites (ion channels for example) modify the entry and exit of ions from the cell. . Lasilix (furosemide) which at the level of Henle's loop of the kidney inhibits the reabsorption of chlorine and sodium.

Adactone (Spironolactone) which is placed on different extrarenal receptors and on the distal bypass tube in the action sites of aldosterone at the Sodium-Potassium exchange points, and which behaves like an aldosterone antagonist blocking its receptor sites. - calcium channel blockers which bind to protein receptor sites in the smooth muscle and the heart muscle and prevent the entry into the cell of calcium which entered it by means of calcium channels. These calcium channel blockers block slow calcium channels.

Research is directed to act on the ion channels towards genetic manipulation: this is the case with cystic fibrosis. This is also the case for viral diseases by intracellular penetration of a virus or a fragment of a virus, where genetic manipulation is attempted.

When the transport systems relate to substances other than ions, the prior art does not include any technique. However, it is mentioned that in the case of intracellular metal overload, in the prior art, chelators are commonly used which cause elimination of these metals out of cells and out of the body.

In the prior art, the states of deficiency or of intracellular excess of ions are known: these states are qualified as genetic diseases. Their origin is related to anomalies located on the chromosomes. It is only for the case of cystic fibrosis that the prior art asserts that this genetic disease is due to a dysfunction of the pericellular ion channels: the sodium and chlorine channels.

The object of the invention is also to assert that all diseases by deficiency or intracellular excess in a chemical body and that in the prior art, which is described as genetic, are due to dysfunctions of pericellular transport systems vis-à-vis of excess or deficient chemicals inside cells.

The invention which is based on these new and original theories consists in using the property of elimination of chemical bodies out of the cell and out of the organism under the influence of their homeopathic dilution, to restore normal functioning of the transport systems. pericellular cells disturbed with respect to these chemical bodies. According to the invention the ion channels and Pericellular transport systems operate according to concentration gradients passing ions and other substances from the most concentrated medium to the least concentrated medium. The general formula of the compounds is RxCH.

These RxCH compounds are in the form of granules or globules or in other forms (suppository bulbs, etc.) commonly used in homeopathy. The catches can be perlinguales, peros, IM, IV, Ampoule suppository or in any other possible medicinal form.

To cause the elimination of a particle, the invention recommends using x = 30, that is to say R30CH, by way of nonlimiting indication. To restore normal functioning of pericellular transport systems with respect to an intracellular deficiency according to the invention, it is recommended to use x = 5 CH once a day in granules at a rate of 3 to 5 granules per day, this as an indication and not limiting.

To restore normal functioning of the pericellular transport systems vis-à-vis an intracellular excess, it is recommended, according to the invention to use x = 15 CH in dose once a week this as an indication and not limiting: R15CH .

- In the case of viral diseases, for the compound RxCH where R is prepared based on viral particles, 2 action mechanisms are to be considered: - In a certain number of cases, the compound RxCH causes elimination outside the cell and out of the organism of the viral particle from which it is prepared.

- In a certain number of other cases, the compound RxCH acts on pericellular transport systems with respect to the viral particle by inhibiting its penetration into the cell and by allowing the elimination of the viral particle outside the cell. Indeed, in the case of certain viruses such as the HIV virus, it has been demonstrated that pericellular receptors allow the entry of the virus into the cell and constituting a true pericellular transport system.

By way of non-limiting indication, examples of metabolic diseases often called genetics to be treated with the RxCH compounds according to the invention are given below:

A) Intracellular excess diseases:

EXAMPLE 1 Cystic Fibrosis

Cystic fibrosis is a so-called genetic disorder characterized by an excess of sodium chloride in the secretions and inside the cells. Some authors also report an excess of potassium. The treatment in the prior art does not exist. EXAMPLE 2 Pigmentary Retinitis

Retinitis pigmentosa is a so-called genetic and incurable disease due to an accumulation of melanin or other pigments in the cells of the retina and which leads to blindness. Example 3: Oxalosis It is a so-called genetic disease in which there is an intracellular accumulation of oxalic acid or calcium oxalate. This condition is observed in children and leads to death from renal failure. The invention consists in treating oxalose with the compound RxCH in which R can preferably be: Oxalic acid or calcium oxalate and where x can preferably be equal to 5, 15 or 30.

Example 4: Hyperkalemic familial paralysis

It is a so-called genetic disease which consists of attacks of paralysis caused by an intracellular and also extracellular excess of Potassium. Its treatment, in the state of the prior art consists of the administration of diuretics inhibitors of carbonic anhydrase. The geneticists locate the genetic anomaly on chromosome 17. The object of the invention is to treat this disease with the compound RxCH in which R is preferably potassium or a potassium salt, for example: dipotassium phosphate (or Kalium phosphoricum , product known and active in Homeopathy) and where x can preferably be equal to 15 to 30.

Example 5: Hemochromatosis

Hemochromatosis is a so-called genetic disease due to the intra-cellular accumulation of iron. Its treatment in the state of the prior art, consists of bleeding and the administration of an iron chelator Desferal. The object of the present invention is to treat hemochromatosis with the compound RxCH, in which R is preferably Iron, and in which x is preferably equal to 15 or 30. Example 6: Wilson's disease

Wilson's disease is a disease caused by the intracellular accumulation of copper. Its treatment in the state of the prior art consists of the administration of a copper chelator: penicillamine. The object of the present invention is to treat Wilson's disease with the compound RxCH in which R can preferably be copper and where x can preferably be equal to 5, 15 or 30.

EXAMPLE 7 Alzheimer's Disease

It is a disease in which an excess of aluminum has been observed. The invention relates to the use of the compound RxCH for treating Alzheimer's disease. R may preferably be Aluminum, or 1 other salt or derivative of Aluminum, and x may preferably be equal to 5, 15, or 30.

B) Intracellular deficiency diseases:

Example 8: Tetany

It is a disease consisting of muscle spasms caused by an intracellular deficiency of calcium or magnesium. When it is an intracellular deficiency of magnesium, this disease is called genetic and its treatment in the state of the prior art consists in the administration of Magnesium. The invention in this case relates to the use of the compound RxCH in which R is dimagnesian phosphate (Magnesia phosphorica) and where x is preferably equal to 4CH, 6DH, 5CH or 7CH to treat the form of so-called genetic Tetanyus.

In the other cases of Tetany R may be Tricalcium Phosphate: calcarea phosphorica preferably, or other salts or chemical substances.

Example 9: Vitamin-resistant rickets It is a particular form of rickets in children. The present invention consists in treating this condition with the compound RxCH where R can preferably be:

- calcium or mineral salts derived from calcium

- oyster limestone or Calcarea Carbonica - tricalcium phosphate.

Example 10: Hypokalemic familial paralysis

It is a so-called genetic disease which, like example 4, consists of attacks of paralysis, but which are here caused by an intracellular deficiency and also extracellular potassium and that the invention aims to treat with the compound RxCH where R may preferably be for information Potassium or 1 potassium salt for example dipotassium phosphate or Kalium phosphoricum active product well known in homeopathy and where x may preferably be equal to 5.

C) The group of diseases which are only very secondarily related to the anomalies of the transport systems which have caused them:

EXAMPLE 12 Rheumatoid Arthritis

Clinical studies carried out by the author of the present invention have shown that this autoimmune disease of previously undetermined origin was due to an abnormality of the pericellular transport systems with respect to antimony black sulfide with intra-cellular deficiency. in black antimony sufure. The subject of the invention is the treatment of this condition with the compound RxCH in which R is preferably the black sulfide of Antimony and where x is preferably equal to 4, 5 or 7.

The invention also relates to the treatment of other autoimmune conditions not accompanied by polyarthritis by the same compound RxCH where R is preferably the black sulfide of Antimony. The author of the present invention observed a case of anti-platelet autoimmunization falling within this framework.

Example 13: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

The invention relates to the treatment of this autoimmune condition with the compound RxCH in which R is preferably OR and where x is preferably equal to 4, 5 or 7.

EXAMPLE 14 Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Clinical studies carried out by the author of the present invention have shown that this incurable disease could be an autoimmune disease by an abnormality of the pericellular transport systems with respect to the phosphorus. The object of the invention is therefore to treat this disease with the compound RxCH where R can preferably be Phosphorus, or a salt derived from Phosphorus and where x can preferably be equal to 5, 15 or 30.

Multiple sclerosis, according to the invention is a very similar disease, benefiting from the same type of treatment with the same compound RxCH where R may preferably be Phosphorus or a salt derived from phosphorus.

Example 15: Hyperthyroidism

Clinical studies carried out by the author of the present invention have shown that this disease is due to a dysregulation of the pericellular transport systems with respect to NaCl, with intracellular NaCl deficiency. It will be noted that cystic fibrosis which includes an intracellular excess of NaCl constitutes an entirely different entity. The object of the invention is to treat hyperthyroidism with the compound RxCH in which R is preferably NaCl in which x is preferably equal to 6DH, 4CH, 5CH or 7CH.

D) The group of viral diseases:

Example 16: Viral Diseases

The compound RxCH according to the invention has the property of bringing viral particles out of the infected cells and then of causing their elimination in the form of an inactive compound by the natural routes. The inactive compound is due to the combination of the viral particle at a weight dose exited from the cell and its homeopathic dilution. It may also be thought that the homeopathic dilution prepared on the basis of viral particles can act on pericellular transport systems with respect to these viral particles, by preventing the intracellular penetration of these viral particles. - In the case of AIDS, the viral particles are held by the Institut Pasteur which uses them for techniques of molecular hybridization of nucleic acid and for techniques of genetic engineering which consists in making viral proteins manufactured by microorganisms to which viral genes have been injected. These viral particles are also used to carry out serologies or for experimental purposes for the development of vaccines.

- In the case of the Hepatitis B virus, the viral particles are also held by the Pasteur Institute.

- The Institut Pasteur also holds viral particles from other viruses for serological examinations or for experimental purposes. For viral diseases, the subject of the invention is treatment with compound RxCH, where x is preferably equal to 30 and where R can be indicative and not limiting:

- 1 viral RNA or 1 viral DNA

- fragments of viral RNA or viral DNA - 1 or viral proteins

- 1 or fragments of viral proteins

- 1 whole virus

The viral affections concerned by the invention can be any viral affection and by way of indication and nonlimiting, one will mention AIDS, Hepatitis A, B or C etc., cancer with virus, neurological diseases with slow or fast virus, animal viral diseases such as cat retrovirus feline leukosis, bovine leukosis, dog lentivirus lymphosarcoma.

In the case of animal diseases, viral particles are normal constituents of certain vaccines or are held by veterinary pharmaceutical or experimental laboratories.

Finally, the following conditions will be cited as other examples of metabolic diseases without limitation. Refsum's disease or R can be Phytanic acid, Charcot Marie Tooth's and Dejerine Sottas' disease, Huntington's chorea where R can be zinc, Thevenard's disease, Friedrich's disease, hereditary cerebellar ataxia of Pierre Marie, the familial paralysis of Strumpell Lorrain, the aréflexie dystasia of Roussy Lévis, dyslipidoses, Idiopathic mental retardation of the child, autism.

A few clinical observations of cases of patients treated with RxCH compounds according to the invention are reported below.

CASE # 1

72-year-old female patient with a very dull complexion and slight tremor in both upper limbs. A systematic review for an episode of asthenia shows a serum iron abnormally high at 173 microg / liter or 31 micromol on 11-10, without we can speak of Hemochromatosis. FERRUM Metallicum 15CH is prescribed at the rate of one dose each Sunday from 17-10 and for a period of one month. - On 16-11, that is to say at the end of treatment, a new serum iron dosage is carried out. It dropped to 103.41 microg or 18.50 micromol. The patient suffered no hemorrhage and the very significant decrease in serum iron. 31 micromol to 18.5 micromol. 173 microg / 1 to 103 microg / 1 is due to the administration of Ferrum metallicum which caused the elimination of iron from the body.

The general condition is better. The tremor is less pronounced.

- A new dosage of serum iron is requested 2 1/2 months later, at the end of January, i.e. 2 1/2 months after stopping treatment for one month by

Ferrum Metallicum 15CH. The serum iron has risen without having reached its starting rate. It is at:

. 25 micromol / 1 or 139.75 microgl which proves that the patient is carrying a metabolic abnormality which gives her a spontaneously elevated iron or that she absorbs iron in an abnormal way, which is not the case : its diet excluding this possibility.

On January 31, Ferrum Metallicum 15CH is rewritten at the rate of one dose each Sunday for one month without re-dosing at the end of treatment.

During this winter, there was an improvement in the general condition and an absence of the episode of bronchitis which occurred every winter in a usual way and which lasted about a month. In the following July, a serum iron dosage is repeated, which is

. 26.80 microml / 1 or 149.81 microg / 1 or stationary. This case illustrates the theories and experiments on guinea pigs, namely that there is elimination from the organism of the product which has been administered the homeopathic dilution. This elimination concerns a call of ions out of the cells, the storage of iron being intracellular. In addition, the patient cited here who has a spontaneous tendency to have a high serum iron could well be carrying a heterozygous, minor and very attenuated form of hemochromatosis, and this case would also concern the theories of the invention on this affection.

CASE # 2

A 44-year-old female patient with hyperthyroidism due to plurinodular thyroid hyperplasia and morning allergic rhinitis. On the mapping, there was an enlarged right lobe with a cold nodule. The biological examinations carried out at the end of the first consultation showed hyperthyroidism with on 19-02 TSH 0.02

Normal TSH levels are 0.2 to 4 and T41 10 to 25. TSH is abnormally low and free T4 is abnormally high. The patient receives a synthetic antithyroid treatment, only with Basdene from the

22-02 with increasing doses of lcp on the 1st day, 2cp on the 2nd day, then 3cp per day.

3-03 TSH: 0.02

T41 to 36.8 So a few days after the start of Basdene treatment the hyperthyroidism remained the same and even worsened slightly. The

7-03 the patient is seen again in consultation and instead of Basdene, Neomercazole is prescribed in doses of 3cp 3 times a day on 17-03 TSH: 0.02 T41: 33.8

The level of thyroid hormone after 10 days of neomercazole is still as high, without any improvement.

On 20-03 the patient is seen again and we add to the treatment of neomercazole, for allergic rhinitis: NATRUM MURIATICUM 6DH 3 cp / 1 for 7 days then

NATRUM MURIATICUM 4CH 3 granules / 1 for 15 days.

13-04 T41: 25.1

The thyroid hormone level for the first time returned to normal and the abundance of allergic rhinitis decreased by 3/4. To find out if it is the Natrum Muriaticum or the Neomercazole which normalized the thyroid functions, one abruptly stops the Neomercazole, which must have the effect if it is the Neomercazole which lowered the T41, to immediately raise it to 30 and we continue the regular intake of

Natrum Muriaticum 4CH this on 13-04. 04/27: T41: 26.9 therefore still normal, which is proof that it is Natrum Muriaticum and not Neomercazole which cured Hyperthyroidism and normalized the Rate of T41. The precise doses of Natrum

Muriaticum that have actually been taken are from

- Natrum Muriaticum 6DH: 3 tablets / day from 20-03 to 11-04 then Natrum Muriaticum 4CH: 3 granules / day from 11-04 to 28-04. The

28-04 the patient is seen again in consultation and the prescribed dose of Natrum is further modified

Muriaticum which is increased due to Natrum Muriaticum 5CH: 3 granules per day.

The neomercazole was of course never taken up. This change in doses of Natrum Muriaticum has the effect of further lowering the Thyroid Hormone: on 27-04 T41: 26.9 on 10-06 T41: 18.6

The following dose of Natrum Muriaticum 5CH is always continued from this point on: 3 granules per day.

- On 1-08 there is a disappearance of allergic rhinitis - In the meantime on 10-07, the patient was operated on for her plurinodular hyperplastic goiter comprising cold nodules which were suspected of neoplasia despite the numerous punctures performed which had never shown anything alarming. There was no cancer on the operating room. This operation ended on 1-08 a T41 at 13.8 towards the lower limit of normal this time (the normal being from 10 to 25). One might fear an evolution towards hypothyroidism. It is nothing: - 9-10 TSH: 2.14

T41: 16.7 Thyroid functions are therefore normal. The allergic rhinitis has disappeared, the Natrum Muriaticum 5CH at the rate of 3 granules per day, still being continued. In conclusion, this example illustrates the fact that Hyperthyroidism is indeed a disease by intracellular NaCl deficiency, and that the prescription of NaCl 5CH by acting on the restoration of normal functioning of the transport systems, normalizes in an almost immediate manner thyroid hormone metabolisms that were disrupted.

Another disturbed metabolism returns to normal: it is the production of abnormal IgE type antibodies responsible for allergic rhinitis which completely ceases after a few months of treatment, and which had started to decrease and improve from the first doses homeopathic remedy.

CASE # 3

Child aged 7, female, suffering from chronic juvenile polyarthritis, autoimmune disease qualified as genetic.

After examination of the clinical case it appears that the homeopathic symptoms correspond to an intracellular deficiency in black antimony sulfide. During the first consultation, the patient presents with polyarticular damage, mainly localized at the elbows and knees, requiring a daily intake of Naprosyne and physiotherapy sessions. Naprosyne is taken as a dose from lcp to 250mg per day and is no longer enough to control the symptoms as the disease worsens. This is what motivates the consultation. We add to Naprosyne: Antimonium crudum 5CH 3 to 5 granules 1 time per day, this from 27-12. The joint condition after this date improves so clearly that the doses of naprosyne which should have been increased are reduced; at the beginning of the following April, naprozyne is completely stopped and a little voltarene is taken from time to time. In the following July, the deformed right arm fully straightened. The elbow joint has returned to normal. The symptoms of polyarthritis have passed. Of course, during this time the child took 3 to 5 granules of Antimonium crudum 5CH every day. From July, anti-inflammatory drugs are stopped and the treatment of Antimonium crudum 5CH is always continued. It will be for several years. In conclusion This case illustrates the fact that an autoimmune disease, known as genetic, could have been cured by restoring the normal functioning of the pericellular transport systems.

Here chronic rheumatoid arthritis turns out to be a disease by intracellular deficiency of Antimony black sulfide. In conclusion of this case and the previous case, we verify the theory of the invention which states that the correction of anomalies in the functioning of the pericellular transport systems secondarily normalizes the disturbed metabolisms.

CASE N ° 4 3 1/2 year old German Shepherd dog suffering from autoimmune polyarthritis in dogs, a disease which in human pathology corresponds to systemic lupus erythematosus. The symptoms of this condition are complete blockage of the hindquarters and a fever of 40 °, and even 41 °. The treatment of classical medicine began on July 8, 1986 and consisted of corticosteroid injection, at the rate of

Solumedrol 20 mg morning and evening IM under antibiotic coverage maintained for ten days. Then the corticosteroids are gradually reduced. Solumedrol is replaced by Cortancyl 5mg: 2cp per day. The homeopathic symptoms corresponded to an intracellular OR deficiency and to the prescription of Aurum Metallicum. In August of the same year, a homeopathic remedy was added to the Cortancyl. But we are wrong about Homeopathic remedy, instead of Aurum Metallicum, we make the dog take Mercurius solubilis: 3 to 5 granules per day. From the beginning of September believing in a cure, the Cortancyl is gradually reduced. The disease relapses immediately and we must resume the treatment of solumedrol 20mg morning and evening IM for ten days followed again by Cortancyl 5mg: 2cp / day, of course by removing Mercurius Solubilis.

On March 18 of the following year, when we were able to reduce the doses of Cortancyl 5mg to lcp / day, this time we add Aurum Metallicum 5CH 3 to 5 granules per day, prescription finally exact. Two months later, Cortancyl has been successfully lowered and is only taken at the 5mg dose of lcp once a week every Monday. For a few days, in April, we forget to give Aurum Metallicum 5CH, which causes a morning of Aphonia (complete loss of voice and barking), and by a small beginning of stiffness in the hindquarters. Immediately resume the treatment of Aurum Metallicum 5CH at the rate of 3 granules several times a day (3 times) accompanied by Ledum palustre 7CH: 3 granules 2 times a day, this for 3 days. Thereafter the treatment is continued at the following doses: Aurum Metallicum 5CH: 5 granules per day Aurum Metallicum 7CH: 3 granules per day The last 1/2 tablet of Cortancyl 5mg was given on 28-09-87 and since corticosteroids have been permanently discontinued. The homeopathic treatment was continued at the doses indicated above until August 1989 when it will be stopped definitively. There will never be a relapse. In conclusion This case illustrates and confirms the theories of the invention, and shows that this form of autoimmune polyarthritis in dogs is due to an intracellular OR deficiency, and that it is likely that the corresponding human disease Lupus erythematosus is disseminated is also due to an intracellular OR deficiency. It also shows that the invention restores in the long term the normal functioning of the pericellular transport systems without the possibility of relapse and that the restoration of this normal functioning of the transport systems eliminates the metabolic abnormalities of the cells, namely here the production of abnormal antibodies.

Claims

1 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH to the elimination outside the cell and out of the body of an intracellular chemical body R for obtaining drugs intended to cause this elimination. In the general formula RxCH, xCH represents one of the possible homeopathic dilutions Hahnemanian decimal or centesimal or Korsakowian or of another system, these dilutions being accompanied by concomitant dynamizations.

2 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH to the elimination from the cell of an intracellular chemical body R when this elimination causes the restoration of the normal functioning of the disturbed pericellular transport systems, for obtaining drugs intended to restore, by causing this elimination out of the cell, the normal functioning of the pericellular transport systems disrupted. If the intracellular chemical body R is a mineral, it is the restoration of the normal functioning of an ion channel whose functioning was disrupted. By restoring normal functioning of the pericellular transport systems, these drugs are intended to treat diseases by intracellular accumulation or by intracellular deficiency in a simple or complex chemical body, or diseases which are indirect consequences of these intracellular accumulations or these intracellular deficiencies .

3 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH to obtaining medicaments according to claims 1 and 2, when the intracellular chemical body R is a toxic or part of a toxic, and characterized in that they are intended for treat poisoning by causing the elimination of the poison from the body.

4 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH to obtaining medicaments according to claims 1 and 2 when the intracellular chemical body R is a simple or complex viral particle such as: whole virus, DNA or viral RNA, DNA fragment or viral RNA, protein or fragment of viral protein or any other viral constituent, intended to treat viral diseases by causing the elimination from the organism of the viral particles. Viral diseases concerned may be for example: AIDS, cancer and virus leukosis, slow virus neurological diseases, viral hepatitis, cat feline leukosis, as well as any other human or animal viral disease.

5 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH to obtain drugs according to claims 1 and 2, intended to treat diseases by metabolic error, when the radical R represents the chemical body responsible for the metabolic anomaly.

6 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH to obtaining drugs according to claims 1, 2 and 5, intended to treat metabolic diseases when the metabolic error consists of an intracellular accumulation or an intracellular deficiency in a chemical body of simple or complex formula by abnormality in the functioning of the pericellular transport systems vis-à-vis the corresponding chemical body. If this chemical body is a mineral salt, it is an anomaly in the functioning of the corresponding ion channel.

7 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH to obtaining medicaments according to claims 1, 2, 5 and 6, intended to treat diseases by metabolic error, when the metabolic errors consist in the production of abnormal metabolites and especially abnormal antibodies and autoantibodies, and therefore characterized for the latter, in that they are intended for the treatment of all autoimmune diseases.

8 - Application of homeopathic compounds of general formula RxCH for obtaining medicaments according to claims 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7, intended for the treatment of metabolic diseases, when the metabolic errors are coded by a fragment of the chromosome or by a very specific chromosome, which is the definition of a genetic disease, and therefore intended for the treatment of genetic diseases.

9 - Medicines characterized in that they contain a homeopathic compound RxCH and one or more neutral excipients, or intended to increase the activity of the compound RxCH, or no excipient at all, and in that they come in all physiologically acceptable pharmaceutical form, especially in the form of granules, globules, tablets, capsules, oral or injectable solutions, suppositories.
