- the apparatus according to the invention could be used especially at the so called small energy suppliers with a power, which is lower than 1MW and at the so called micro-energy suppliers with a power,which is lower than 100 kW, where the using of water turbines with adjustable blades would not be economical, as they need complicated and expensive electrohydraulic control devices.
