Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à des procédés pour induire la synthèse de l'hémoglobine dans des cellules précurseurs des globules rouges du sang. L'invention décrit également des globules rouges du sang ayant une teneur en hémoglobine accrue, qui sont produits par les procédés décrits, ainsi que leur utilisation dans le traitement d'états où la capacité du sang à contenir de l'oxygène est réduite, ou de tout autre trouble ou état qui nécessite un apport accru d'hémoglobine chez un vertébré.
